It was great to work with R Cabral. He was easy to schedule and his team did great work on my gutters and roof repair.

He seems like a nice guy. However he has come out twice and not send me any quote like requested. I would prefer to not spend time if they are not going to give at least a formal quote in writing.

Repair work on deck and house stucco/wood done quickly, on time, and with high quailty.

Very pleased with the job, I provided the paint. they even asked if I had any old paint for the back side of the facia board to match the stucco. Looks great. would not even know the job was done. excellent cleanup also. Drain outlet for air conditioner was accidently broken during the job. could have just ignored it but repaired and replaced the pipe that snapped. .

Rolando is great - he responded immediately to the request, gave me the lowest quote of three contractors I had out to assess, and did the work on schedule with no issues.

After beginning demolition the company changed the scope of work. Workers left a mess and when they returned to complete the project they refused to clean up their mess and left the project and the structure appears to be failing after less than a year. They offered me a partial refund but I have never gotten it.

Project starts second week of august. No comments at this time.

He is unresponsive and total lack of customer service.

Her took the job and then a week later texted me to say the job was too small.

As stated in other comments, the company did the job, and worked cleanly. Rolando (owner/operator) was personable, and easy to work with. He was quickly able to meet with us, survey the project, consult, and give a quote (and the next open date). He started the job and completed on the scheduled date.

This company did what they said they would do. Crew worked clean and easy to work with. Will use them again.

Great company. Had a rental property that needed a dry rot problem to be taken care of immediately. Met with us, quoted the project and started the job a couple weeks later. Did a wonderful job. Completed before heavy rains began! Would definitely use this company again.

We had the gutters repaired and repainted, the front door varnished. Termites were invading the house through the window sills, but the company treated everything before it was too late.

I hired R Cabral Contractor for various external dry rot repair around the house including facia boards, window trim, chimney repair, and gutter work. The crew was very professional, arrived on time every day, and were a pleasure to work with. I appreciated working with Rolando as the project progressed and I am very happy with the final result. I recommend R Cabral Contractor Inc and look forward to working with them again on future projects.

Prompt response and continued communication from the company during this project. Reconnected a second floor gutter that had seperated from the house, cleaned all gutters and downspouts and cleaned 30 solar panels. Would definitely hire this company again.

they were fast but do not know what exactly they found and what they did with it. I would have liked an explanation of work done.

Overall a good experience. They were on time and cleaned it well. Somehow they were in a hurry and didn't clean the waste left on the walls well after the job was done.
