Marco was referred to me by a family member. I needed insulation and new walls installed on the additional unit. He understood the timeline I had and was able to get everything done in a timely manner. Marco was also able to add texture and paint on the walls, and install a window. The final product was amazing, the unit looks more spacious and was ready for rent. He’s very detailed and likes to ensure everything is done right. For example, he suggested to move the closet to a different area so it would be slightly bigger and to add more space to the living area. He installed all the new lights and more outlets as I had requested. Would definitely reach out to him again for any future projects.
