Everything went very well. They were quick and professional. Note that the prep-work says to "remove all vegetation from the foundations". This means all bushes and plants. They didn't seem bothered about grass, but you should ask them about this and not take my word for it. They will clear away anything that is in the way when they come to do the tenting. So if you have cement blocks under your downspouts they will be moved. Also where the tent rests on the cement like sidewalks, they will pull dirt from the yard to help hold down the tent. None of this was damaging but it was slightly unexpected. I'm not complaining about this, just letting other people know what to expect.

I had some house guests and was not able to set up an appointment. Sandy followed up twice and we were able to set something up a few weeks later. The inspector was on time, very professional and explained everything. The actual crew also was professional and did a very thorough job. They cleaned up after themselves and explained about their follow-up service. Of course I have no idea whether the treatment is working, but they will come back in a year, or sooner, if the treatment isn't working. Very pleased.

3 sites found (we already knew of 2): Garage side door, eves next to back door, (known), and garage main door. After we cleaned out most of garage in prep for repair work, found many places with evidence of infestation, not found by company. Company recommended tenting the house. Not practical for us at this time. Recommended a repair person knowledgeable of termite damage. Called. No response. Will call for treatment after structural work is completed.

Was very easy to schedule an appointment for an estimate with Marc; good office support so always someone there to answer the phone and questions. Marc was responsive in answering calls. Follow up with estimate and paperwork good. The process went well. Crew took care to put cloth spacers on certain angles of the roof and gutters to protect them. The estimate was reasonable because they do not subcontract out the work. In fact, other companies use them to do the fumigation. 3 houses on our street used them.

We are very happy.  The company is very professional and I received several calls prior to the fumigation to make sure I was prepared for the procedure.  It is a lot of prep work, but they were on it!  Also, I called them several times with questions and they were very patient and knowledgeable. I spoke to several staff and all of them treated me with respect and courtesy.
I highly recommend this company.

I pretty much never write online reviews, but I was so pleasantly surprised by Proven Termite Solutions that I would like to recommend them. Their prices are competitive and their customer service is excellent.
I saw evidence of termites in multiple areas of my house, and I suspected that I would need to get the place tented. I reached out to PTS based on Angie's List recommendations, and Jim came out for an inspection. He was very polite and professional, and confirmed my suspicions that tenting was the best way to go. He answered all my questions and gave me a written estimate on the spot. After that, I reached out to two additional companies - one based on Angie's List recommendations and another based on the recommendation of a friend. Both companies sent out agents to inspect the house, but after that, communications dropped off with both. I finally got a quote from the second company (for hundreds of dollars more than PTS), and the third company never even responded to me.
I scheduled my fumigation with PTS, and in the days leading up to the service, Jim and Chris kept me in the loop about what needed to be done and were very responsive to all my additional questions. I decided to hand off my keys personally on the day of  the tenting. The crew was very polite and took care not to damage any of my rosebushes. After the fumigation, I was really surprised and happy to see that the crew put back some mulch and rocks that we had moved away from the house in preparation for the tenting and also closed all the doors and drawers we had opened.
Fumigation is an annoying process, but PTS made it as painless as possible.

I've never written a review on Angie's List before.  Maybe I've written one on Yelp, I'm not sure.   
Mark from Proven Termite showed such a lack of professionalism that I had to write a review.
I had scheduled an appointment a week in advance, and selected them because they had such a high rating and a great set of reviews from many people in my area.   First, he  rescheduled the appointment twice on that day.  The appointment was at 2:30.   He called to schedule it at 1:30 then again to 'as soon as he got done'.  
When he got to my place, he acted as if he didn't want my business.   Here's how it went:
me:  There are pin holes in the walls.
him:  Probably not termites.  Could be really old.
me: I've seen subterranean termites.
him:  We haven't seen any swarms this year at this time.
me:  There has been previous termite damage.  I'd like someone to take a look under the house.
him:  It takes a 2-3 years for termites to form colonies.  How long has it been since your last inspection?
me: It has been 2.5 years.  
him:  You should call the previous company to check it out.
So that was a wasted day.  I'll call another company.   It was like pulling teeth to get him to stay longer than 5 minutes, and in his haste I forgot that I also wanted the company to spray for ants.   Oh, he also managed to hit my car with the garage door and say 'oops', but that was an accident.  (Could have apologized, though)
