Our potfiller kitchen faucet began to leak at the wall. Great reviews on Yelp and Nextdoor prompted us to contact Plumbtree Plumbing. Their online appointment facility was very easy to use; an appointment was secured for the same afternoon. A very professional, courteous, and personable plumber, Bruce, diagnosed the problem and made an expert repair for a reasonable cost. We were very pleased. Bruce was genuinely concerned about our home's plumbing. Without any sales pressure at all, he and his equally expert associate, Matthew, made an inspection of our water pipes and discovered three issues: 1) the "water shutoff valve" at the base of the house was actually a gas shutoff valve!, and 2) a number of our water pipes were galvanized pipe instead of the desired/required copper pipe. While under the house, Matthew spotted issue # 3) and photographed it: one of our heating ducts had become disconnected, thus pumping hot air into the crawlspace! So, we are having Plumbtree Pumping come back to make a thorough estimate to correct items 1) and 2). (And our HVAC people will fix item 3)!) Please strongly consider using Plumbtree Plumbing for all your plumbing needs!

Axel, the technician, arrived ahead of schedule, and performed the initial operation efficiently. When it was determined another operation would be necessary to restore proper function, quickly arrived at a solution, arranged for parts to be delivered, and quickly had my system back up and running. Glenn and Josh are great guys. We had an emergency with Sewer blockage and they were at our house within an hour on a Friday evening. They cleaned it and also pointed out that we had old cast iron pipes which had cracks. Subsequently, we engaged them to replace all our sewer lines. The work was done within 3 - 4 days and they kept us up to speed on every aspect. The work was excellent (and they showed pictures to prove it). We would hire them for any of our plumbing needs and highly recommend them!!

I want to say a big thank you to Plumbtree plumbing and rooter. I had a drain backup and called another plumbing company, who came out and cleared my drain, but 2 days later I was back to square one. Frustrated, to say the least. A friend of mine told me about plumbtree plumbing and rooter and their positive experience with them. So I called. I was impressed to say the least. When Josh, the plumbing technician came to the door, he was very friendly and very courteous. He only entered my home after putting on shoe covering to protect my floors. He assessed the situation and suggested that after he clears the drain that he should camera the line to find out why the backup reacurred. After clearing the drain he camera the line and found that I had a collapse mainline pipe. He was able to uncover the pipeline and repair it. Such a great relief to get to the bottom of my problem and have it repaired in 1 day. I definitely got what I paid for the first time around. Cheap is not always the way to go with plumbing issues. Plumbtree plumbing and rooter was well worth the money. Honest, friendly and caring. They went the extra mile for me. I would highly recommend these guys

I had Plumbtree plumbing out when my front hose connector wouldn't stop leaking. I called them and they where able to come out the same day!! They accessed the problem and told me that the main house shut off was also not functional and told me the benefit of a new main shut off. After the detailed explanation they got right to work. We called Plumbtree Plumbing and Rooter to our mothers home to deal with a clogged kitchen drain. Josh arrived on time and put his shoe covers and mask on before entering our mothers home. Josh seemed to have all the equipment he would possibly need as our kitchen drain proved to be rater stubborn but after about a half hour of hard work he announced that the drain would work. Josh cleaned up after the work was done and sanitized all the surfaces that he had touched!! We will definitely be recommending Josh and Plumbtree Plumbing to our friends and family for their plumbing needs!
