Roughly in line with other dealers prices. They were very friendly. They were communicative, often the wrong information, but they did respond. They need to improve on options that needed to be installed on vehicle. Big non communication between sales staff and service staff. We paid remote start package in addition too roof wind deflector. Some were missing on the service paper. Wanted to charge us to uninstall remote unlock and charge us to install remote start that we already paid for. The initial process of purchasing the vehicle was very long but they were friendly. When we picked up the vehicle is when the hassle started. Service blamed sales and sales blamed service for all the errors. When we went to pick up the car, it was not the one we purchased. Took an additional 2 to 3 weeks to get the one we purchased. They messed up the paper work and I now have 2 car loans on my credit report.

Accommodation on time and communication is good for when the car is ready for pick up. The pick up vehicle process can be improved.
