Description of Work: Tim fixed a patio door lock, changed a chandelier, and put up some closet shelving. All very quickly and neatly done. He was punctual and friendly.

Description of Work: Replaced skylight. Went as planned. Actually cheaper than estimate because it took less time than allowed.

Description of Work: They refused to come out to my home, which is located 1/2 mile away from their office, because I told them my budget for my tiny master bathroom remodel was only $25,000.00. Over the phone, they said it should be at least $75,000.00, because I said I wanted to move the fixtures (swap places with the toilet and shower), add a 2nd sink, and add a walk-in closet. They didn't even want to offer any suggestions on what I kind of work I could do on my meager budget of 25k, except to say that it could only be replacement of materials in the existing space. Gary Frasier was the person at Case that I had spoken with. I also attended their remodeling class, to learn more. The owner (Jim) said that their company, has many "legitimate" employees that have families to support.

Description of Work: I was pleased with Jesse's work and professionalism. I look forward to having him back for more repairs and fixes. This was the first of two visits required to repair my porch and replace damaged trim. I look forward to seeing Jesse again in February.

Description of Work: I called to request an estimate for a home repair job. It was Friday afternoon after Case's normal business hours (after 4 p.m.), so I left a voice mail message, and the staff returned my call the following Monday. She was very courteous and professional, we set a date and time for the appointment, and the estimator arrived on schedule and provided an estimate in a timely manner. Still, I thought that a well established firm as Case would monitor calls after business hours and promptly return calls (in person) rather than rely on a recorded message promising a reply on Monday. First impressions do matter, and this was an unfortunate one.

Description of Work: Saw that they were running a deal for a day's worth of handyman service. I just moved in to a new house and had a list of stuff that I thought could be handled by handyman. But, I didn't check to see when their first availability was to be able to start the work (I assumed that if they were running a deal, they had capacity). Turns out they can't come out to look at the job until a month away. Also, they did let me know that some of the work (plumbing-related) was not a service that they offered. Communication was quick and professional. I appreciate that they let me know right away what their availability was and what they could/could not do since this let me move on and try to find a company that could help me in my time frame.

Description of Work: They were difficult to schedule with. They finally sent a person over to look at our project and he said he'd get back to me with an estimate of work. He never did.

Description of Work: Adjusted double front doors so they would close properly. House continues to shift and door locks would not close and lock properly. We lived with this issue for a long time. Tim Olsen knew what he was doing and I would definitely use Case again. Glad to have the work done. I believe Case is mainly a remodeling firm, they have a minimum 2-hour charge which is what we paid. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Description of Work: The handyman was punctual, professional, knowledgeable and worked diligently to get all the items on my list done. He also offered excellent suggestions in several instances.

Description of Work: Replaced lots of siding damage from termites. As they worked more and more damage was revealed. So the job was more extensive than could be seen by the eye prior to repair.

Description of Work: They installed 2 ceiling fans, shelf in closet,hung door to bedroom, added new closet doors (custom made) getting the doors made on time was the biggest problem. The doors are gorgeous, six panel hollow wood doors floor to ceiling. The gentlemen were great, warm personalities, knowledgeable and competent.

Description of Work: Installed grab bars in shower and in bath. Made a suggestion to change how I wanted them installed that worked out well. |Very satisfied with the work.

Description of Work: They removed existing patio cover and installed new panels, supports as needed and flashing.

Description of Work: Replaced an outside light, fixed a drapery rod, installed a smoke alarm, built a toy box, and replaced tile in the kitchen.

Description of Work: Remove attic ladder in garage. Patch, drywall and tape opening in garage. Furnish and install new ladder in hallway. Header joists, install trim. Clean and remove debris.

Description of Work: Removed old caulking from house windows and resealed. Did minor repairs to cabinets. Flushed water heater.
