They did an okay job, but I was not very impressed and not sure if I would recommend them to others.

I would definetly recommend Molly Maids.

Ended up going a good job although they missed a few places, but overall - 4/5 stars! Thank you!

Did not even attempt to clean the windows, outside or in. Skipped window blinds in kitchen. Didn't dust TV.

MM was hired to clean a vacant home which was (according to my Real Estate agent) quite dirty. Unfortunately, the entire house needed to be cleaned again as many areas were missed or not cleaned properly.

Very prompt. We were delighted her team was able to clean our home on short notice. They did a nice job.

They did an excellent job but were a day late!

Fabulous job on a really dirty house. I would definitely recommend them.

I only had their service for about 2 months and had to have them come back and reclean twice. They neglected dusting large pieces of furniture and overall did a poor service. They waived one cleaning after the second complaint for multiple oversights and the 5th and last time they came, I had them bring me my key and they had to reclean because they again missed dusting 3 pieces of large furniture, under beds. They had to be blind for all the areas they missed. it was a major issue because I had just had my bathroom remodeled and they left the dust and filth from that. I fired them on the spot.

I was going into a mild panic. My regular cleaners failed to show up on the scheduled date. I needed my house cleaned ASAP. Called Service Magic - my go-to-place for all emergencies! Sally was the first to call in. Long story short - she sent over a team of 2 ladies - first thing in the morning the next day. I was eternally grateful. They did a good job. Fast, efficient, and thorough. I would go to Sally if I ever needed a sub again. Highly professional and priced reasonably - you will not regret it if you're in the market for a cleaning company.

On time, did a decent job.

Showed up promptly for appointment. Was friendly and understanding of what I wanted done for my mother's house. Prices were reasonable.

Some communications problems with maids (they cleand rooms I had said not to clean) but the cleaning itself was very good. They treated my possessions with respect and put them back where found after cleaning under/around them.

I have never had anyone clean my home, it was a wonderful treat. I am going to have monthly service from now on. It was a great experience.
