Plugged drain. Although they had to come twice, they did a great job. Removed and replaced toilet twice to get to the ?root? of the problem. First time they thought it was cleared but when it clogged again they returned. Be certain to check warranty!

Mike Counsils plumbers are truly professional. They re-piped our whole house and gave us a forty year guarantee. The quality of their work was the highest that I have seen. The whole organization goes beyond what is expected to make the customer happy. They protect all of the floors and furniture and clean up everything after each days work. Extremely expensive! They price by the job, not by the hour. Great customer service, great availability, and they guarantee their work. The plumber who came out was very professional and courteous. I had them fix a leak, but I did not hire them for a larger water filter replacement. Their price for that work was more than double the other 2 quotes I received. The leak repair was about 30% higher than other quotes. But if you need service quickly, they are very responsive.
