The mortar work was done very sloppy and not smooth at all, compared to similar work neighbors had done with other providers. The cleanup was also done very poorly and hastily given the 4th July weekend perhaps. The front and side of house had numerous areas where left over mortar pieces were lying. The worst part was that they left pieces of mortar on my hot tub, and hut tub cover which ended up being a pain to clean (and some stains).
I was not able to be at home when they did the work, which is a big mistake as some oversight might have gone a long way. However I paid for a top provider so I don't have to baby sit them.
The quote was fairly high, but I thought I will pay extra for a great job. Unfortunately that was not the case. I filled out their feedback form when I paid, but apparently they didn't seem too interested in reading these.
If I need roof work done again I will definitely look elsewhere.
