Integrity Stone & Tile Cleaning

Service and results were fine.

The 2 workers (Chris and Chris) arrived exactly on time.  We discussed the job briefly and they got right to work.  The countertop almost looks like new; it is an amazing transformation, and they finished an hour early!  And they did a fine job of cleaning up.  Plus they gave me tips on how to keep the countertop looking good.  I highly recommend this company!

The Integrity people came on time and quickly returned the bathroom grout to a pristine condition. Everything was left shiny and great looking. It was a huge mess at the beginning, too.

They were fine. I found them through Angie’s List. I spent about $650 on the job. They came out and looked at the project. The guy gave me an estimate and I negotiated on the price. He came out on time on the appointed date. The quality of work was good. There were a couple of areas that I had hoped that the stains on the granite could be removed, but he was not able to take care of that piece. The rest of the work was fine. I will use this company again in the future.

The work was done a year ago. They were good and they did the work well. I was happy with the work they did and I would recommend them. He seemed to be honest and fair. They were expensive, but they were worth it and they knew what they were doing.

The work turned out very well and we are very happy with it. They were on time and they were contentious. They sent a team out to do the work so it could get done in a couple hours versus a day or two. The head of the company was a geology major; so he is very knowledgeable about the stone itself and he is very professional.

Bot counter and floor times  date to 1974 so Pedro was concerned about matching the gout color.  He brought several colors of grout mix and was able to do a perfect match for both of them.

The crew was able to fill areas that Pedro said might not be possible, especially if they could not get a very close color match.  This meant the job took longer than they had planned but they kept working to ensure the job was done right..

The crew, all family members, worked efficiently as a team.  Everyone had a job and  moved across the areas in order so that all were working all the time even when areas had to be dried before the next job could be done in that area.

They are skilled professionals who give priority to customer service.

I will definitely call then again when I need tile cleaning or group work.  

As he was leaving Pedro stopped and gave me the name of the manufacturer and the color of the grout for my records.  That is very special customer service.

After reading great reviews about Integrity I decided to give them a call to come out and fix scratches and seal the flooring.  Overall they came out and did a good job, the only issue was that after the fixed the scratches their polishing had somehow discolored my grout.  When I saw this (2 days later after it had dried) I called Pedro up and he came out to check it out.  He then decided he would fix the color problem by doing a grout color job free of charge.  Although it took a few months to get the color in and get Pedro back out, he came out and finished the job right.

I'd recommend him and would use him again.

Pedro Najar is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He arrived on time, and the prep and clean-up was careful and thorough. I learned a lot from him about taking care of granite and tile.

I made appt. way in advance. Asked for reminder call-back a few days in advance of the actual date. Got it. Workman arrived on time as scheduled. Did a great job. There was one problem area - he kept at it and at it until it was fixed. AND cleaned and sealed my granite back-splash as well, for which he tried really hard to decline a gratuity (not included above) ! :-) I was very pleased.

My husband was home, but he told me they were great. He said the person doing the work was very professional and nice to be around. We have mostly granite, so that is what he was there to do - clean and seal. He cleaned our kitchen, bar, master bath, and another bath. I had hairspray all over my master bath and he got that up completely. We also asked him to clean a marble top buffet we have, and he did a great job! We had a white water mark on the black top, and he worked very hard to remove it. There is a slight mark left, but it almost looks like it belongs with the other natural white marks in the black top. We have lived with that for a long time, and I am very excited that it is gone. We will be calling these guys every two years to get this service done. Great job overall.

I first met with Pedro (the owner) just a few days after I called. He arrived on time and was very professional. He explained the process of repairing, cleaning, and sealing the grout. Pedro gave me a verbal estimate of the cost (later followed up with an email of the estimate). He also explained that Intergrity is a family run business (which I like) and he was very nice to my dogs (which I also liked). The estimate seemed very fair, and I agreed to have the work done. The job started a few days later. Pedro's brother Chris showed up with two nephews on time to start the job. First they protected all of the cabinets and the floor. It was a tough job to remove the old cracked grout. Unfortunately some of the edge tiles started falling off. This was not their fault. It was because we had missing grout near the sink and the water had been getting in under the tiles. Chris explained that he wasn't really a "tile guy" and he gave me the option to call some one to reset the tiles. We talked about it, and decided to let Chris give it a shot. Again it was a lot of unexpected work (removing the old plaster and setting the tiles), and he did an excellent job! For 2 hours extra work (3 guys) they only charged me $50.00 - very fair price. After replacing all of the areas that needed regrouting, they left. The grout needed to cure for 48hrs. Chris returned this time with his mother-in-law. Again they protected all of the cabinets and floor. They scrubbed and steam cleaned the entire counter top. Lastly they sealed the grout with a "color seal" that makes the tile water proof and leaves the grout with a very uniform appearance. I am very happy with the outcome. My 20 year old tile counter top looks brand new! Thank you Najar Family.

Pedro responded almost immediately to my call, and promptly came out to give an estimate. His price seemed fair, especially with the Angie's discount. He then ordered the materials and come with his crew (brother and wife) and very efficiently did the job as agreed upon. When he realized the slate needed a different seal he only charged the difference in materials--very professional and consciencious. We are delighted with our counters and floor which look as new as when in 20 years ago.

Pedro was great to work with. He responded to my initial inquiry within 12 hours, came out to give a quote within two days, and completed the job less than a week later. He was not just the owner, but he and his brother personally came to do the job and had were extremely thorough and detailed. Made my bathroom look like new. He also gave me a $50 new customer discount lower than my quote which was nice!

The grout on our kitchen floor was stained from everyday abuse. I received quotes from three tile and stone specialists. I decided to have Integrity do the work because the owner is very knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. They were punctual and worked fast. I know this is a cliche, but, the floors looked better than when they were first installed. My wife is extremely please with the way the floors look now. Pedro showed consideration by calling me a week later to make sure my wife and I didn't have any questions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Integrity to anyone who needs to clean their tile or grout.

Tile and grout look terrific. Pedro worked around our replacing the kitchen sink and surrounding tile. Came back to finish work after the sink and tile had been installed.
