House was empty and after a few days, I received many flea bites and found a dead cockroach. I needed someone fast to treat the house and yard. Home Advisor recommended Habitat and I received a call within a few minutes. They were out the same day to estimate and do the work. Only time will tell if the treatment was effective, but there is a 30 day guarantee. I got an opportunity to check the 30 day guarantee as I continued to receive flea bites after the first treatment. They did reschedule, although not as fast as the first time, and retreated the entire property at no additional cost.

We have to control the adults and the eggs as they hatch. The application has a residual that targets only the pest and continues to work even when the treatment is done."

The agent was very kind and helpful. But the actual work he did was just put some traps here and there as I described to him as a potential affected area. and that's it. He asked me to wait two weeks. So I think you can also buy traps and put them wherever you want to do the same with a lot lower price

The project was not top notch. They did show up on time, but the project was not finished as expected. The person who came didn't catch the rat as we expected. He was asking us for boxes to catch the rat, which I say he didn't come well prepared. The guy just left us a trap for the rat, which the rat never used. Then he left.
