This provider offered $55 worth of stucco services for $50. The catch is, there is a minimum of $3000 per job. This was not mentioned anywhere, and I only found out after forking over the fifty bucks. While I ostensibly am due a refund, I resent the fact that my time was wasted on this.

I called six companies to give me an estimate since I had bad experience in the past with remodeling. From the first moment I called their office, I was asked for my e-mail address so they can send me a Welcoming package which I didn't understand what do they need it for but when I received the e-mail, I was surprised to find out that they were on that TV show Flip This House on Channel A&E, I also received customer's testimonials and a long list of references (I received only 2-5 from the rest of the companies). My appointment was scheduled for 2 days after and the guy that showed up (Jonathan) was actually one of the owners and also a designer. He provided me with a free design which other company wanted to charge me $395 for it, he was very knowledgeable, detailed and easy to communicate with. Great Service, great performance! Will definitely use them again!

He did not seem knowledgeable, only wanted to make money. His estimate for the job was about $25,000 more than 4 other estimates. The average estimate of mate was $5,500.

We are currently in the middle of construction and couldn't be happier during this stressful time. Nir Gafter is our contractor and he has been fantastic through the project thus far. Nir makes himself available at all times of the day/night and is super helpful working around our busy schedule. He does not seem to be annoyed by my texts or outlandish requests. Nir does not use the word NO. Everything can be a YES, he simply attaches a price to that YES. It is refreshing to have a contractor who will give you the cost without sugar coating or trying to use cheap materials. I have been through a remodel before so I knew what to expect. Nir and his team have exceeded my expectations. I graded them a B on price: They are not the cheapest out there however I will use them again. I do not have to worry about anything. I don't have to check on them, they check on me. I feel extremely comfortable that the job will be completed correctly and look amazing when it is done. I am so happy with my choice and I will leave an update when the entire job is completed. I'm already thinking about remodeling more rooms and this job is not finished yet.

I gave them an F because I had to "Fire" them midway through the project. While the 3D rendering was very nice, the bottom line is that the quality of work performed was so poor that I had to let them go and hire someone else to finish the job and correct their mistakes. The crew they brought in to prep, spackle and paint the walls were the absolute worst I have ever seen. I've hired better painters from the Home Depot parking lot. I brought someone else in to do it ALL over again. Also, since the painters did not cover the floor properly, they got paint stains all over the expensive new tile that had not yet been sealed. It was difficult to get out all of the paint stains. The guys on the tile crew were like bulls in a china cupboard. The did a lot of damage to the walls when removing the old baseboard. They also cut a wire to the alarm system. They ran low on the tile for the bathroom (even though they provided me with the exact amount to order) and instead of asking me to buy more tile, they decided to install a 3" baseboard where we previously had a 6" baseboard. The painters then came in and painted over the marks on the wall from the old baseboard without doing any prep work whatsoever. The result was that you could see exactly where the old baseboard was. I was actually shocked at how bad it looked. The tile crew also had problems laying the new tile. I had one area of the floor where the tiles were so uneven, we would catch our feet on the tile and trip. I had to have an entire section redone. They also used the wrong thin-set for the glass shower tile, despite a set of instructions in every box of tile explaining what thin-set needed to be used. After the project was done, the glass tile started cracking. I brought in a few people to look at it and they all recognized the problem immediately. The shower had to be completely demo'd and reinstalled again. To be fair, they did some things well. I am very happy with the cabinetry they installed in the garage. Also, Jonathan and Nir were pleasant and generally conducted themselves professionally, even when I let them go. That being said, they did not respond about the shower that had to be completely redone. Again, the quality of work work was very poor. A picture is worth a thousand words and I have lots of pictures of the finished product as examples if anyone would like to see them.

The short story? DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR If you want a contractor who provides you anything in writing other than the contract (i.e. measurements to order special doors, confirmation of an appliance you are thinking of buying will fit in your new room)...DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR If you want a contractor who won't ask you for extra money on the first day(!) because he "wrote the contract wrong."...DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR (we didn't give in and the problems started soon after) If you want a contractor who reduces your stress level instead of increasing it...DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR If you want a contractor who responds to texts, calls, emails...DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR If you want to work with a contractor who isn't frustrating...DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR If you want a contractor who you don't have to manage his sub-contractors yourself....DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR If you want a contractor whose sub-contractors won't leave behind trash and make you dispose of it....DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR Please, please, please, DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR!!!

We needed a portion of a load bearing wall removed to open up the space between living and dining rooms. Jonathan scoped out the project, provided a detailed and reasonable quote and got to work. Dealing with a very old house creates many unique challenges, both structural and cosmetic. Jonathan and Oz worked closely with a structural engineer to build a temporary wall to support the 2nd floor while the original wall was removed and a large structural beam installed. They then installed the sheer wall and started with the finishes, attempting to match 90-year old molding and paneling. Although the job took longer than expected, the results were outstanding. Oz, and his highly skilled team, came up with excellent solutions to some very touchy finish issues with the moldings and hardwood floors. Upon completion, the space looks more original then it did when we purchased the home 5 years ago!

It went well! We lived in the house during the construction and they were very accommodating with putting up a separation wall so we could live safely in the house. Communication was great at any time of the day. They would let you know what they received your call or text and they would get back to you shortly. We asked many questions since it was our first time remodeling and they gave the positives and negatives on decisions. It was also nice because they saved us money on purchasing fixtures etc..... With a third party wholesale company.

This was a first time project for me and Nir and team couldn't have been better for that! I had a ton of questions and needed help finding some of the materials for the closet remodel. Amazingly, they went well above and beyond the required job to help me find tile, the custom doors, and even helped me figure out which Washer and Dryer would work best in the space. Always punctual and responsive, I was blown away by the service. Definitely seems to be a standout compared to other contractors that I contacted. I would use them again and definitely recommend them to anyone who is in need of a professional project!

Nir met me at her home for the estimate. He was on time, courteous and very professional. I told him what we wanted to do and the time frame. We did a walk-through and he had lots of questions about what we wanted to do and the types of materials we would like to use. He then roughed a quick blueprint of the kitchen area which had references to the adjacent rooms. I liked the fact that it was important to him that the kitchen would be in harmony with the rest of the home. We met again a few days later when he presented the 3-D rendering of the kitchen and adjacent rooms. This was extremely helpful in making material and color choices. We were quite pleased with what he presented. The price for the work was in line with other contractors, but we determined that Nir and his company placed the customer first. He cared and we decided to go with him. Unfortunately we were not able to have the work done due to family disagreement. Based on the experience we had I highly recommend this company and hope that we will be able to do business with Nir in the future.

They were very professional. E.Z walked me through the process and made sure I understood what was happening and exactly what the price included. They were always on time. I had contact with E.Z every step of the way. I could text him or call him and he would answer right away. The cabinets and countertops are really beautiful. One of the cabinets is missing the little plastic piece that stops it from banging when it's closed, they are going to come back out just to put in that little piece! I really appreciate the attention to detail.

How'd it go? It didn't go at all. I cannot recall the man's name but he was professional enough to point out areas that were too small for him to do like replace several toilets. I understand that he's probably more interested in building a whole house or three so I realize my job was too small and wasn't of much interest. Not even the portion even he said was difficult such as silo painting. If you're not going to quote a job, please do not lie about it and say you'll get back to the potential customer with a quote. Don't sugar coat the situation. Just let me know that you're not interested in the job and I'm cool with that. Don't waste my time. The only plus? At least he showed up when he said he would to, supposedly, provide an estimate. If you're not building a house, don't bother contacting this company.

They came for an assessment but the price was too high for me at the time.

Very well. There were a few communication issues as to when work was scheduled, but all was resolved and completed within the agreed upon time.

Great customer service and professional. The free estimate also included viewing a 3D rendering of to be remodel bathroom and closet and sketch.

Hired another contractor - more in lie with my budget.

I called to ask if he could help our company with some work. I called on a Saturday because the job was time sensitive. He said why are you calling me on a Sunday. And he said I am not interested before I could even speak more than my name. Poor customer service. I am suprised about his ratings. That was misleading for me.

it went great. they were professional, and followed all directions. they even put down dropcloths even after i said it wasn't necessary (carpet was coming out.)

Nir is a people's person who is very professional and knows what he is talking about when it comes to construction details. He spent time to do a detailed measurement of our kitchen and brought a 3D render on our second meeting. It's a shame his service cost is above our allocated budget.

The company was professional from start to finish. They answered calls and assisted me in finding the right door hardware (you have to get this yourself). They scheduled the install and then changed it twice as I had the hardware delivery dates change. On the appointed day, they came on time, worked quickly and cleanly, and even offered assistance on another door for which I had questions (I had installed it).

Ben designed everything using a 3D design program that allowed us the see how the kitchen would look in advance. His creativity and tasteful recommendations were keys to the success of the finished product. He listened to us all the way but was always prepared to guide us in areas we were unsure. Communication through group texts was a key to success. Ben established a schedule and was able to stick with. His courteous crew showed up when he said they would and cleaned up when finished. We are very pleased with the quality of the work performed.

The plan was very excellent. They helped me with rearranging the items in the restroom so it would work in the space available. Very good ideas. The price was fine, but my property manager suggested that I not add the restroom to this rental because it would not increase the asking rent for this home, making it not a good business decision. If it were my place of residence, then I would have had them build it as they planned. Good company.00

I've learned from this experience that you don't remodel near the holidays. After almost 2 months everything was completed and we are very happy.

They provided a bid for my three story house to paint, Representative was easy to schedule with and was on time. He took time to asset my project and asked relevant questions. He was professional and knowledgeable. I decided not to use them because, The price of there bid was double of other bids. There proposed prep work was more in depth than other bids, but I don't believe it should of been double. Other than more extensive prep there proposed work should of been the same.
