Company located in San Jose city and provides installation, remodeling and lighting for all south Bay Area . We Install/replace fixtures , fans, switches and outlets, wiring, conduits, low voltage circuits, computer networks, TV and cables. Our company provide consultation and ideas for our clients on their design/build projects.

Iraj and his partner hard wired a ceiling fan for us. They were great, took there shoes off before they came in, put down a tarp where the they had to climb into the attic. Excellent quality work, very professional and reasonably priced.

he was very nice. i only had the light fixture and didn't have the lights so he offer to come back if the lights didn't work. i had to call him back and he fixed the problem right away. i was happy i will contact him if i have any other electric work. mindy

Iraj and Amin came through at the scheduled time, took their shoes off to walk on my dirty carpet, and knocked out a socket replacement in no time. The cost was low as were the estimates I requested for additional work in my old house. These will be the guys I work with going forward. Hard to find good people for anything. These are good people. Real professional gentlemen.

Izraj and his partner are very nice and gentle people. They will go out of their way to make you happy and do more than they promise. Both come in time and get their job done. Although there were problems with my fan they never showed any face or fustration but they where smiling and getting the job done. They were very nice, friendly and accommodating gentlemen but not very professional. I was quoted approximate costs by telephone, but they did not provide an itemized statement nor a receipt. I believe they were honest, reasonable and competent, and I would hire them again.

Ceiling Fan Repair
The service guy was almost an hour late, and did not call to notify me he was arriving late. I had to call and that's how I found he was going to be late. There was nothing wrong with the ceiling fan, it was the wall switch that was defective so he fixed that. He would not accept credit card for payment but demanded cash, but he did not give me a receipt. I was unhappy with the service, I cannot recommend him to anybody.
