They completed the job easier than another provider implied would be necessary. They were very knowledgeable although the price seemed a little high.

We had originally scheduled a time window and I was told that they were running late and asked if it would it be okay to move the repair window.  I said yes.  The technician arrived promptly at the early part of the new window (30 mins after start).  He assessed what needed to be done and then proceeded to do it.  He took his time, didn't rush through the work.  With the faucet cartridge the water had been turned off because of the leak. He couldn't get the cold water to come back on.  He asked where the water main shutoff was and I showed him.  He said that he thought the angle stop wasn't working correctly and he shut off the water.  He quickly tested and replaced the angle stop, turned the water back on, and then it worked.  With the instant hot and the faucet it took quite some time, he read the install manual and took care to do it right. After it was all hooked up, the water was dribbling out both hot and cold. He said that the RO system might be causing the problem.  He looked at the RO system, checked the filters (which were very dirty and need to be replaced), and then explained that the tank needed to fill up and re-pressurize and that would most likely cause the dribbling out.  I believe he took more time than he was supposed to, making sure everything was working and answering my questions.  He said to wait a few hours and it should all be working and water should be coming out much faster.  We went out to dinner and when we came back approximately 3 hours later, the water was coming out very quickly both hot and room temp.  He cleaned up any dirt and materials and left the job looking the same way as when he arrived.
I will use this provider again and recommend him to anyone who asks.

He was a very nice man. He is a nice family man and has beautiful trucks. He was on time and came late in the day. The disposal just had a loose screw and he did not charge me for full service since he was not at my house for very long. He is very reasonable. I felt comfortable having him in my home.

Start to finish I called Crown Abram answered the phone. No one else I had called answered the phone. I was impressed at his business pride right off the bat. Set an appointment and he was there on time. Abram explained everything asked me all the right questions and had a answer for all of them. His price was very good and in the big picture worth even more to me and my family than anything. Every time I turn on my morning shower and hot water with the best pressure shoots out I think man I should send Abram more money. One of the most satisfying transactions I've made in my lifetime. His crew was friendly, funny and fast. Very clean considering they're hard work and type of labor involved. Always smiles on these guys too. I recommend Crown very highly.

THEY LEFT A GAS LINE OPEN AND ON. I HAD TO CALL THE GAS COMPANY TO COME OUT AND TURN THE GAS OFF AND CAP IT FOR ME. I FELT THAT THIS COMPANY PUT MY LIFE IN DANGER BECAUSE MY HOUSE COULD HAVE BLOWN UP ACCORDING TO THE GAS COMPANY AND THE CITY INSPECTOR. CROWN PLUMBING DID NOT PULL A PERMIT. I PAID THEM, HE SAID THAT THE JOB COULD NOT BE DONE, AND HE GOT A LITTLE ANGRY. I CALLED HIM AND HE REFUNDED ME $1200.00. I HAD TO HAVE ANOTHER COMPANY COME OUT AND THEY HAD TO RELOCATE THE WATER HEATER TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE AND CLEAN UP THE PIPES. I HAD A MANUFACTURER'S REP OUT, A CITY INSPECTOR AND THE OTHER PLUMBER OUT THAT WOULD BE REINSTALLING THE JOB. I HAD THE MANUFACTURER'S REP CALL CROWN PLUMBING TO MAKE AN OFFER FOR PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION ON HOW INSTALL A TAKAGI WATER HEATER AND HE REFUSED.
