Steve was great and efficient. He did a thorough evaluation and pointed out all current access points as well as potential future concerns. He set traps and came back three times to check on the traps and reset them if needed. I would hire them again if we would have similar issues.

It is weird to say, but Critter Control is my favorite business to work with for my home. They have been extremely professional, always on time, and very thorough. The prices are reasonable, and they explain not only what they are doing, but why they are doing it. Would recommend emphatically.

We worked with a few people from Critter Control, but primarily Michael. Everyone we spoke to and saw in person was incredibly helpful and informative. They responded to our initial request quickly, set up a time, came on time, showed us how to work our traps and release any mistakenly caught neighborhood cats or squirrels. They came quickly every time we caught an animal and reset the traps. They were so quiet that we didn't even know they had come a few times until we saw the new traps!

Tech was on time, and his site survey was comprehensive. Tech explained what he found, and proposed remediation plan. Very professional and friendly.

I hired Critter Control to handle rodent abatement. Their office support staff, in particular, Chris, was really helpful regarding explain Critter Control’s technique and process. Then Steve came out and assessed where the critters were most likely coming in. He was right on time and handled things very professionally. He explained things clearly and I think he did an extremely thorough job. He set traps and returned the following week. Found a couple of and then sealed up the house. He has come back since but we have not found any other rodents. One thing that was really impressive is that Steve didn’t try to push any work and suggested only doing things he felt were definitely necessary. The company provides a one year warranty on their work. I would hire Critter Control again in a heartbeat.

After a construction project, we needed to evict raccoon and skunk families which had taken up residence under our house. Within three days, several of them have been trapped and removed and the process continues. Critter control is a very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive company. This company is amazing they are prompt professional and make such an unpleasant necessity so much better. They really know what they are doing and took care of the problem right away.

I haven't heard rats in my attic again since Robert sealed off the entry points. Hopefully they are gone for good!

Beautifully! Poor critter was brought into the house by a dog. Then it disappeared under the sofa. I wasn't brave enough to get it out by myself at 11 pm at night. The next morning I called Critter Control. Chris arrived earlier than the appointment was scheduled. I explained to him what had happened. He quickly found the possum, it had died, and took it away. Because the removal didn't take more than 10 minutes, Chris reduced the normal house call fee.

Luis was thorough in his search, he helped identify spots that nobody else was able to.

A +++++ I cannot say enough nice things about this company and their employees!!! They are fabulous!!!!! They are very responsive, professional, thorough, competent, knowledgeable and friendly.. They communicate everything to you and email it. A pleasure to work with them! This is the most positive experience I have had with a company. Luis was here 4 or 5 times and I cannot say enough about the service he gave and what a great person he is!!! Call them!!! You will not regret it!!!

Critter Control of San Jose did a fantastic job taking care of our problem. They communicated throughout the entire process with estimates and appointment reminders. The costs were as estimated and there were no surprise add-on charges. Robert F. was the technician who ultimately performed the work at my house and he could not have been more professional. He even came back after the main culprit rat was removed from our house to check the other traps he had set to make sure there were no other critters lurking around our property.

Excellent, he was professional, calming and very efficient. I was given a complete understanding of the situation and he walked me through the process step by step.

It went well. I put in a call to Critter Control in the morning, they booked me a visit for later that afternoon, and they found the violating rodent shortly after arrival. Rob did an inspection of the exterior of the house and made recommendations for making the crawlspace rodent resistant. I'll have them come back to seal things up.
