DO NOT CHOOSE Consolidated Plumbing.  I just got off the phone with the President of the company, Mr McKinna. I was trying to tell him I believe I was overcharged and he continued to interrupt me and tell me his version of what DID not happen. He was not willing to budge or listen to me. I had to finally disconnect him as he was going on and on about why I was wrong. What kind of customer service is that?  The reason I called their company out was there was a small leak in my tub.  CP sent one person out the first day. They gave me a 4 hour window..... after 4 hours no one showed and someone finally called or I actually think I called them to see where they were. They  said they were running late and that they would be come in afternoon. They did not tell me what time ( they needed to get into the condo below mine so my neighbor and her contractor waited 4 hours and and then waited again in afternoon)   Again my neighbor and her contractor came and waited 1 1/2 hours, both of them finally left. CP showed up after they left. I was charged $110 just for CP coming out even though they were going to work in another condo in my unit.  They said they took an additional charge  off, (his driving time) so it would have cost even more! No one did any work that day and they said they would return the next day.  The next day two plumbers show up. I am charged for both at $110 an hour plus driving time for one of them.  I asked Mr McKinna why did two plumbers show up.  He stated that the 2nd plumber looked in unit below mine to see where leak was coming from.  I am thinking did the other plumber not have legs to walk downstairs to look at leak?  I was charged $165 for him to look at a drip.... now that must have been a long drip as they charged me for an hour and a half of the 2nd plumber being there.  I was charged $660 total plus Mr McKinna said it would have been even more but they took off some of the driving time.  They replaced the overflow and tub shoe.. Mr McKinna should take a class on respect, honesty and how to communicate. Not a happy customer.

  I contacted CPI and they suggested some good value products to buy and where to obtain them economically.  I scheduled the work to be done the next day and they arrived at the scheduled time.  The work was completed successfully and appears to be a very professional job.  I will use them again

They were very professional about everything they did. Their pricing was fair. We have used them over the years for different things.

THIS COMPANY WAS SCHEDULED TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE FOR THE RE-PIPING OF MY HOUSE. THEY HAD AN APPOINTMENT TO COME AT 4:30. I DID NOT LIVE IN THE HOUSE SO I TRAVELED FROM ACROSS TOWN TO MEET THEM THERE. AT ABOUT 4:05 AN OFFICE PERSON CALLED TO TELL ME THEY COULD NOT MAKE IT AS THEY HAD A "BIG PLUMBING" EMERGENCY SOMEWHERE ELSE. BY NOW I HAD ALREADY WASTED A TRIP AND WAS AT THE HOUSE. I'M SURE THEY WERE AWARE OF THIS "EMERGENCY" BEFORE 4:00. ITS FUNNY THEY NEVER CALLED BACK TO RE-SCHEDULE THE ESTIMATE AND I CERTAINLY DIDN'T CALL THEM BACK.

OVERALL PERFORMANCE WAS EXCELLENT. THE WORK WAS DONE QUICKLY AND VERY PROFESSIONALLY. THE PLUMBER WAS ON TIME AND GOT TO WORK IMMEDIATELY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
