CLARK TERMITE CONTROL

An almost pleasant experience, despite the situation.

I received a quote from another company when I bought the house, so I send them the inspection report and ask for a competitive quote. They are very responsive both on email/phone and price is super as well.

The fumigation was conducted on Tues morning 9am. They arrived on time. All the operations were done before I move in, so it helps the fumigation process I guess. They have everything done and no junk left. The same day, they sent me a invoice and offered to pick up the check. It's fairly nice since I happen to work in another city.

Everything went quite well. Dale the Clark Technician showed up on time. He was quite easy to communicate with as well. I walked him through the issues on the property he walked me through how the fixes would be done and then proceeded to correct the various issues. All the work was completed in about half a day. I then met up with him and did a walkthrough of the corrections. He noted that they were unable to due paint matching on some of the wood / trim replacement but they did paint everything with a primer so that I could correct the paint later myself. Overall it was a great experience, dale was very infromed and helpful, and I would use their service again.

They are great. They do what I need them to do. I highly recommend this company.

My roof installer found termites while installing my new roof. Clark is not the most expensive but I picked him because he was the most responsive. He did what he said he would when he said he would. He answered all my questions. He was very thorough and put me at ease with the job. He is responsive and professional. He is a small shop. He and another man did all the work themselves. He was more expensive but the responsiveness was good. The other 3 estimates were right in line with the price. The termites went away so the experience was good! He and his fellow worker did the work well.

Overall it went fine. They were responsive and prompt. They explained all the stepts and finished on time. The only issue we faced was that they did not remove the dead animals in the crawlspace after the tenting. Gross. Once we brought it to their attention they promptly fixed it, claiming it was a dis-honest employee. They were apologetic, but they need better quality control on this.

They did a good job, but they were a little expensive. I was pleased with the way they handled themselves. They did pretty good work. I thought for the amount of time that the guy spent here, the price was high. They spent maybe two and a half hours here so that was close to $300.00 an hour. It was a little pricey. I was a little disappointed with that, but there was nothing I could do because at that point we were under way. Our overall experience with them was good. They were very professional. I would recommend them to others. The only thing is that I should have negotiated a bit harder. They were on time and handled themselves very well. I would probably use them again in the future, although I would negotiate a bit harder.

He did a great job. I would definitely call this company again.

Supervisor arrived next day after my request and set multiple traps and bait. Weekly followup to remove and reset. Gophers removed within 2 weeks.

We stopped the service because we were cutting down our expenses, but it worked to control the ants and snails. It wasn't a toxic substance, it would break down after a while then they would come back out and reapply it. The nice thing about Clark is that anything came up about the service they would send someone out to take care of it. At one point we had a mouse or rat and they sent someone out to take care of it and there was no extra charge. For termites there is an extra charge though and they are specific about that. The price was a little high, but they were always very responsive. They would come on a schedule and do the service at the same time each month. If we had another infestation problem and extra cash then I probably would use them.

Time will tell if the termites return in less than 2 years. However, they were great, flexible when I had to reschedule the tenting time they accommodated my needs. The workers were professional and prompt when they forgot to take a lock off my basement, someone returned that day to remove the lock. They were there when they said and preformed their work well. Chad Weaver, the sales person was great and because of his inspection and evaluation, we went with Clark, over Terminix or Planet Orange.

They were fine.

I thought they were pretty good. The owner did all the work. The estimate was reasonable. I had another estimate that was higher. He seemed to do what was necessary and not extra work. I thought it was a good job. The charge for the estimate was around one hundred dollars.

Clark was a disaster. They came in and did stuff but it was old and they didn?t find anything new. Whatever he found in the garage was a pre-existing condition and he should have known and not done the work. They were very polite and their quality was probably fine, but the work didn?t need to be done.

Will Clark did a very thorough inspection. He identified a couple of problems the other two companies did not find on their inspections. He was very personable and pleasant to work with. His estimated cost was almost exactly the same as the company finally chosen).

Quoting and work was top notch. Richard Clark arrived punctually to perform the quote and whistled while working. Clark provided thorough reports on what was found and a detailed breakdown of costs so we could chose exactly which work to be be performed. The extermination work was also easily scheduled and Richard arrived punctually to perform the work. Hopefully the termites are dead!

Rick Clark did the house inspection. Evidence of termites in places we knew about & places that we didn't. He said that part of the job was to replace damaged wood. After he left, I called & asked that he come back again & use a ladder to get up higher & make sure nothing was missed since I wanted all repairs to be taken care of. Somehow, the estimate didn't reach us because the wrong house number went out in the mail. I called & it was faxed it to me. Rick came by the day before with bags for us to bag up our refrigerator goods. However the next day he had to bag up more because we didn't get enough bags. He did that himself so we didn't have to stay (better to do it yourselves though!). The house was tented. He came early Sat morning so that we could meet PG&E to turn on the gas. Dale replaced all damaged wood. A former roofer, Dale knew how to repair the slight damage to the roof. Rick & Dale were professional and pleasant throughout. If you have to do this,choose Clark Termite!

After completing the spot treatment, they had to come back a second time and fix some things. They did do that with no problems. They kind-of wiped their schedule clean and took us in first.They are good people and very professional. I thought that they were a little high priced considering this was only about a ten minute job.

Richard Clark arrived early to conduct the inspection. He was polite, thorough, and very knowledgeable. The report came 3 days later as planned and it also was thorough and complete.

The inspection consisted of an interior check, crawl space underneath my home, an out building and the lawn more specifically being shrubs and trees. At the completion of the inspection, I received a written report of the process and results. I will definitely do another inspection with the company in three to four years which is the business's recommendation. The inspector was very friendly. I truly value his time and effort into a complete, thorough inspection.

The company's president's inspection was very comprehensive, and his bid was the best price for all the work that needed to be done. Of the four estimates I received, this company was the only one to include replacement of infected wood as part of their service. If there was one thing to change to make the experience excellent, it would be the level to which the soil was lowered. I had expected that it would go lower and be more complete. Overall, the experience with this company was positive. All the staff were responsive, polite, prompt, and professional. The work was guaranteed for one year.

THEY HAVE THE SAME MAN COME OUT EVERY TIME, & HE IS HELPFUL & FRIENDLY. I REALLY LIKE THE PROFESSIONALISM OF THE WORK THAT IS PERFORMED. I HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE.

The employees showed up to our house driving a company truck. I have been a repeat customer of theirs for years. This business is a family operation. Company owns the right equipment to do the work properly.

They did the work last year for me. They pulled out a couple of window seals and replaced them do to insect damage. The company did a good job killing all the termites. The employees drove a company truck to our home.
