This was an emergency replacement of a failed water heater. The whole process was done over the phone since I had to be at work. Chandler was quick and responsive, provided a reasonable quote, which I accepted, and had the replacement installed that day as promised. The installation is clean and well done. The only reason I'm not giving him 5 stars on the customer service is it took a long time to get the follow-on paperwork (payment receipt, warranty info) to me.

Hi, Chadler's plumbing can out very quickly on the same day I called them to provide a free estimate for installing a gas line to my new stove. They pulled the permit, completed the work professionally and quickly, and came back out to meet with the city inspector. The work they did passed inspection with no problem. They were easy to work with and very nice, respectful, and courteous the whole time. They cleaned up everything before they left and always kept me updated and informed during the entire process. I highly recommend them. Thanks!

My water heater failed on Saturday. Chandlers came on Sunday to look at the problem; arrived early. He agreed to install a new water heater on Monday. based on my selecting a water heater--I had a specific water heater I wanted. He did buy and deliver a water heater Monday AM. It turned out it was not the one I selected as the one I selected was not in stock. The water heater he selected was better (i.e., more efficient) than the one I selected AND due to PGE rebate program was no more expensive than what I had selected! The workers that did the installation were on time, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. I would not hesitate to use Chandlers Plumbing again, especially in an urgent situation.
