Our 20-year-old water heater finally rusted out. I found Chandler's Plumbing on Homeadvisor and chose him based on reviews. About as perfect an experience with a contractor as possible. We made an appointment for the very next day. Ishmael and his helper Anthony were right on time, did the job very quickly (1 hour!), left the workspace immaculate, explained the warrantee and operation to me, and were generally very cheerful, courteous, and businesslike. I will invite him back for some more things that need to be done in the house.
