Ray was very nice and took care of all my plumbing issues. Scheduling the appointment was easy. The owner was very helpful as well. Paying the bill was easy too.

Overestimated the work performed, charged the estimated price even though work took only 1 hour, 1/3 the estimate. Better off doing a time and materials to save 2/3 the cost! UPDATE: Chandler made it right. Estimate was incorrect for the work performed...thanks Chandler

Chandler Plumbing contacted me quite quickly from my Home Advisor post. They came the same day and handled the repairs and actually helped with an additional issue while at our residence.

They arrived fully equipped and cleared the problem in just about 20 minutes. Great service!

Rey showed up within 30 min of calling. He was very professional, knew exactly what needed to be done. He had the correct tools to do the job correctly and did it. He was done in about a half hour, cleaned up and left the work space clean.

The plumber was on time, polite and knowledgeable about my particular problem.

Chandler plumbing responded quickly to my needs. When an issue was identified (not their fault ... a leak in the first acquired water heater) they quickly responded and gave us a plan to fix the problem the very next morning.

Josh came the day after I called for clogged drain system. He sent a crew out on Wednesday and the did a very efficient job and he followed up after they were done to be sure it all well well. My son and I were very pleased with the overall experience.

I was happy they called right away and arrived at the time scheduled. We had hot water to shower within 30 minutes. The only thing I am missing is a receipt and a written explanation of what was done so my husband can review it. I cannot recall the technician explanation other than we might need a new water heater soon. Would definitely recommend.

Chandler, the owner, contacted me right away. I own a mobile home, which can present obstacles for other plumbers, but Chandler assured me that his company installs water heaters in a lot of mobiles. He sent his guy Ray to my home within 2 hours; in fact Ray called to say he'd be early. Ray is personal, professional and, despite a couple of minor obstacles with parts, worked until after nightfall to get the job done, all with dedication to the job, attention to my concerns, and a great attitude.
