Excellent work, polite and skilled plumber

Ray showed up and told us what needed to be done and he gave us a quote and did the work and stuck to his quote! He worked in the heat and fixed everything great!

Had to have them back the next day to fix some problems and 3 other times to fix problems associated with the installations. The owner was most obliging to sending someone out when ever we called in. The owner also sent us a refund check for $200.00.

Ishmael Chandler was very professional and efficient in diagnosing my plumbing issue. Fortunately, the issue was simple to resolve.

Chandlers recognized the urgency of repairing our main water line and responded appropriately. They had to dig a trench about 25 feet long through our front lawn. They did the repairs and re-covered the trench in such a way that you can’t tell anything was done!

I called Home Advisor. Someone called from Chandler's Plumbing to come over that day to look at the Water Heater. The technician was able to come over to look at the old water heater, walked me through everything that needed to be done. New water heater is fine . Thank you for your help.

Reliable and on time. Was able to assess the problem, was presented with an estimate and they began the following day. Project involved installing a standing sink in the laundry where the subs were too low. They had to do some construction work to get the water and drain up to the sink. Very nicely done. Installed sink and faucet.

They fixed a shower faucet from leaking however they need to come back to fix it again, it is still leaking. They quickly responded to my call to come back and the plumber is coming today. More to follow.

Water main cracked and we were able to get a quote the same day. Repair was the next morning but they did offer to fix same day. I don't expect any issues with the work performed and the quote was very reasonable. They came in quite a bit lower than another local company.

Time is management. They did a good job. I am happy with the results, and I would recommend them.

Friendly and professional, enough, but like many plumbers, they seem to want to move on prior to ultimate satisfaction. We may still have issue, and on our own.

Called the Plummer after the work was done the next day, noticed the pipe installed thru the disposal still leaking. He said, it need to change my disposal to stop leaked.. The pipe connected to was not properly glued So I fixed it myself and the leaking stops. I thought Chandler has their own employees, and the way I see it’s a subcontractor.

The tube drain issue gave the plumber problems, but he kept at it until the issue was corrected. I was not too sure about some of his methods, but in the end they did work and I am pleased with the outcome.
