The Property Management division of Capp Realty focusses on single family homes, condos, townhouses and small multi-family buildings up to 16 units. We started managing property nearly 20 years ago when a need was uncovered for a good, honest, affordable property management firm. At the time, we could not find a property manager that treated their clients property like it were their own. We understand the balance between maintaining cashflow and maintaining your property for long term returns. Our staff is dedicated to providing a wide array of services which include: * Property Management * Vender recommendations for major and minor repairs * Property acquisition assistance including rental surveys * Investment buying and selling assistance through Capp Realty *1-100 units we will manage *Focused on Santa Clara County and surrounding cities properties
