All inspections were scheduled and conducted without any impact to our wfh schedule. After getting 5 quotes for contractors to complete some renovations to our newly purchased home, we went with Brother & Brother because they had the best combination of knowledge, professionalism, honesty and cost. Their costs came in around the middle range of all the quotes, but they were the best in terms of quality and cost. I am so glad we went with them because the entire process went very smoothly and everything looks fantastic. Reem promised from the beginning that he would manage the entire project and all communication, and make sure that we would be able to move in by our deadline (in 2 months). He kept his word, and his team worked hard to ensure we were able to move in as promised. We did a full kitchen remodel, fireplace renovation, removed 2 closet popcorn ceilings, refinished hardwood floors, cabinet installation in laundry room and hallway, added recessed lighting, and old bar removal/ vanity installation. Although there were a few small issues that came up during the course of the work, Reem always let us know right away, was completely transparent about costs and benefits, and came to us with options for possible solutions. They also helped with purchasing materials that were in our budget and matched the aesthetic we liked. Elinor, the interior designer, made our vision for the kitchen a reality based on a few pinterest posts and conversations. Overall, I am incredibly happy with Brother & Brother and highly recommend them.

During the initial meeting, the senior project manager Daniel Perez carefully guided us through the process and was available to answer any of our concerns. Then throughout the project, he checked in on a regular basis to ensure the process went smoothly and made sure everyone stayed within the projected timeline. The interior designer was amazing and extremely talented. I always appreciated how she listened to my thoughts when creating the final design. She was also readily available when needed. The foreman and crew were hardworking, respectful of our home, and accommodated our requests. The final product was beyond fabulous and we are extremely happy with our renovated kitchen and family room.

I did a remodel that included two new bathrooms. One bathroom was a bath/laundry room. We also a remodel the kitchen and removed a wall to installing a French door to access the backyard. Daniel Perez was my project manager and right from the start, he was very communicative explaining exactly what the process would be, giving me very detailed estimates to work with and made it very easy for me to complete the project with Brother & Brother. They have a design service that helps with the detailed design, picking out materials, styles and color. Once the plans were approved by the city, the project started almost immediately and progressed as the fast pace completing on time. I was especially impressed by the bathrooms, the workmanship of the tile job - showers and floors - gives the space a real luxury feel. Upon purchasing our home, we were greeted by a peculiar layout in the master bathroom: an uncomfortably small shower directly facing the toilet, flanked by a cabinet and closet on the left. I recently contracted with Brothers and Brothers building to complete renovations on two bathrooms and expansion of the master bedroom walk in closet. This was my second remodeling project having completed a home rebuild a while ago, so I have prior experience working with contractors. Working with Brother and Brother Builders was just a great experience and the finished work is outstanding. Our Project Manager was Daniel Perez who did an excellent job communicating with us on a regular basis, was immediately accessible by text, staying on top of the project, and fulfilling our visions. He is very knowledge and made several suggestions along the way that really enhanced our design. He has a â can doâ attitude. Even into the project I would ask him to do little extras and he always accommodated us with a great smile. Daniel even noticed finished items he did not like and had his crew return to redo the work. He was a delight to work with. The on-site managers, Nick and Oner, were also helpful, professional, and very accommodating. In fact, the whole construction crew was great. The project was completed as per the time line and within the contracted amount, no surprises. With regards to the finished product, we could not be happier. There was good communication among all members of the team, especially with Daniel, our project manager. When we had issues, he went above and beyond to get them resolved, weather it was product resourcing or dealing with unexpected issues. We had a good idea of how our final project would look like because we had 3D drawings from their designer who, also assisted us in procuring all materials prior to the start of the project. We were very happy with the quality of the workmanship, especially because the previous contractor had done such a poor job on our bathrooms. The quality standards of the B&B team are superior. As far as timeliness, our job was delayed because of product delays but would otherwise have been completed on time. We are absolutely happy with our bathrooms and with the job that B&B performed.

Kitchen Heaven is how I describe our kitchen/living room remodel. Yuval Abutbul was the project manager, and he was phenomenal. He was always quick to respond to emails and diligent to address all issues that arose in the process of such an extensive remodel in an older home. We pushed two feet into the garage and took out the wall dividing the kitchen and living room to create a spacious and open floor plan. The crew headed by Miguel Rodriguez was hardworking and exceptional in all work completed. In the end, they had created a beautiful masterpiece, and everything was finished within the projected time. We would not hesitate to recommend Yuval and Brother and Brother Builders. In addition to the kitchen, they had completed a superb bathroom remodel earlier in the year. We look forward to using them again when we remodel the master bathroom.

Yuval and all his guys were great. I had a contractor before who left me in the middle of the project so I was very stressed. Yuval was kind and available for questions throughout the project. Also I want to thank Kery for the guest bathroom design, Ruffo…., etc. just all the guys who worked here. Yuval said I was the best customer because I just let their guys do their work without interrupting. Isn’t that what you’re supposed to do. My Project Manager was Daniel Perez from Brother & Brother Builder(BBB). He was great at communicating and no bad surprises. He was really easy to talk to and worked with. All my questions and concerns where answered. I was able to totally trust Daniel with Brother and Brother Builder(BBB) through out the entire project. The quality of the work was super. He had taken care of everything, from permits to inspections and also did a final walk through to make sure the quality of work performed by the foreman was done to BBB expectation. We evaluated 12 contractors for our project and selected Brother and Brother. They were not the least expensive (in the top 4) of total cost, but their gallery photos, ratings, and reputation was unexcelled, in our evaluation. Brother and Brother did a marvelous job updating our home. We initially had a limited scope of work to update a couple of rooms. After seeing their portfolio and discussing ideas, we decided to update our entire home. We really couldnâ t be happier. Our project manager, Daniel, was super responsive. As we went through our project, he kept in contact and was always available quickly to discuss ideas and needed changes. The construction team had incredible, high-quality execution â super quality work throughout with excellent attention to detail. The team achieved our timeline exactly for completion â even though they had to work extra hard because of additional items we wanted to add to the project. And everything was done right. We havenâ t had to call to address any issue or problem. They did it right the first time. And of course, it is beautiful. If you are looking at their galleries of photos and projects, you can have confidence that yours will look that nice too. We have some more work in mind in the future and we will no doubt work with Brother and Brother again.

We recently moved into a new house and we used Brother and Brother to completely remodel 3 of our bathrooms and are very happy with the results. From our initial meeting, Anton, our project manager made us feel very comfortable with the process. We just had a baby and had our hands full so needed to work with someone reliable, trustworthy and someone we didnâ t have to â manageâ . Anton and Brother and Brother were just that. With any construction project, thereâ ll be minor inconveniences with delayed materials, inspections etc., but the Brother and Brother team went above and beyond to fix and resolve any issues and to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied with the results. Additionally, I am quite detail oriented and little things like a faucet being ever so slightly off center bother me no end and the quality of work in my bathrooms is excellent. I am so happy with how the bathrooms turned out and in fact we hope to continue to work with them for an upcoming larger construction project in our home.

We had Zion, Carlos and the entire team of Brothers and Brothers just finish an entire house remodel of a tired 1955 house. My wife has a good eye and a strong spirit and we knew many of the things that we wanted. Our expertise stopped on our color scheme and layout of the house. That is where the team took our house to another level. Put the ceiling beams above the ceiling. remove the ceiling above the stairway and create 20 ft ceilings. We worked with Brother & Brother for a full downstairs remodel including rebuilding a bathroom. Daniel, our project manager, is so responsive, always available by email/ phone/ text to discuss things that would come up. We kicked off our project right when COVID-19 shut downs started and so it took a long time for the city to approve our plans, but Daniel was resilient and checked in frequently throughout the process. Once we did get started on the work, we were so happy working with Daniel and Byron, our foreman. Byron and his team were diligent, detailed and true problem solvers. Proposing solutions or nuances that we hadnâ t previously anticipated. Further, the crew was timely, respectful, very diligent about COVID regulations, and making sure the entire work area was clean every single day. We anticipated not having access to a whole floor in our home would be a hassle but ultimately it was a minor inconvenience thanks to all of the teamâ s efforts. Ultimately we have been so happy with the work done by Brother & Brother - and we recently hired them for another project in our home and canâ t wait to get started!
