I was very pleased with the installers and their professionalism. They kept me informed about what they were doing throughout the installation. JJ and his crew worked hard all day to finish it in one day. There was no wasted time.

My furnace was blowing warm (not hot) air and had a funny smell. I also noticed that only one of the three gas burners was actually on. Phil arrived during the promised time period. He check what I had told him. He then cleaned the jets of each burner. He also replaced a small hose and checked the furnace for gas leaks. Interestingly. My neighbor arrived during the repair and said "AAA is the best". Phil closed up. I gave him a check and he left. I have used AAA Furnace several times over the years and am always impressed.

AAA is top notch. Jim came out right away to evaluate our HVAC needs, explained the different options and provided us with a competitive quote for two HVAC systems. He was very professional and friendly. The installation team came out first to install the mini-split system, which works great. When we asked to have one of the systems moved to another place in our home, they didn't make a fuss, rather they quickly came out to move it as requested. Then AAA installed our gas-powered HVAC system and it was a tricky installation. They had to flatten out some land and put a concrete slab there to hold the outdoor air conditioning unit and did an excellent job. I was really blown away by how fast and efficient their work was. About a week later, I had them come out to clean the air ducts and they were prompt, efficient and professional. I was very impressed with AAA and would recommend them to anyone. We have worked with so many contractors over the past few months, and AAA stands out for their sincere focus on customer satisfaction and their expertise. AAA gets all As!!

The technician was very capable, was at our home as scheduled, was very professional, and repaired, cleaned our heater better than any service we had experienced in the past. I would recommend this company very highly.

They did a fantastic job. We have dealt with a number of different contractors over the years and AAA tops them all. Working with Jim was a pleasure and the installers were hard workers and very polite. As it turned out, the job required more duct work and a couple of extra dampers which they provided at no extra cost. They went the extra mile and we really appreciate it.

AAA Heating just replaced my furnace with a 95% high-efficiency one, and put in all new duct work, boots and registers. Steve, who quoted the job, was informative and efficient, and identified a couple areas where job value could be increased with little or no cost. He gave a competitive bid and confidence that this was a company I could work with. The crew arrived on time after phoning me to say they were delayed in traffic. Tim, the foreman, explained the work and kept me informed throughout the two day installation, as well as being patient and complete in answering my questions. The installation took the two days that were estimated. It is still the end of summer so I have had to rely on this new installation yet, but has run well in the test runs. The crew (Jose and Heimie) was polite and also very conscientious about clean up each day including retouching paint in one area on the last day.

Both sets of technicians arrived on time, were polite and professional. I especially liked the fellow who came out to do the initial investigation on 8/1/2013. The only down grade I would give this service is that I was told it would take two technicians 3-4 hours working together to completely clean out both units. Given that, I thought the price was probably reasonable. As it turned out, only one technician showed up (the other one was "unavailable," and he finished both units in about 4 hours. Given that, I thought the price was a little steep at nearly $400/ unit. However, the original technician did roll his investigation/filter cleaning costs into the secondary cleaning cost, so I probably came out even. I would use this service again.

They have really been excellent. We have used them before about the year before that and we were really satisfied with them. The company that we originally bought our trane air conditioning from we were discussed it with so they really came to the rescue and all of their service people are highly professional and if something isn't right they will come back and do it without cost. We have just been very impressed with them. We really trust them. They tend to try to get the same technician that we have worked with before to come out and if not we had a different one this year and he was excellent too. We tried different furnace companies and really they have been the most professional. We would continue to use them.

I do not usually go to the their office, they come to my home. They have been just fine. They push this yearly maintenance thing on us, as a way of keeping business good. Other than that it is okay. It is just a little annoying because of that. Sometimes, I would rather wait until I need them.

They are excellent. I would use them again.

He seemed quite thorough about what he was doing. He answered my questions, and let me know about the extra charge up front. I did ask him to vacunm up a little mess made from the job, and he did it.

All projects can go sideways so initially I would have given AAA a B [still good] for quality but they were very responsive and most of the issues were due to some miscommunication. They performed a duct cleaning, install of a new furnace and AC, and duct repair. Due to the age of my system we ran into some asbestos and duct separation but everyone I talked to at AAA was friendly, helpful, and they did everything I would expect to make things right. In the end, I'm happy with the result and I'd use them again.

The technician, Nermin, arrived on time during the appointment window. He was very pleasant and very professional. he explained what a cleaning involved, and then provided an assessment of the overall condition of the furnace. He worked efficiently and cleaned his work space after he was finished. The process took 30 minutes. The cost of 237.00 was 79.00 for the cleaning and we bought a 1 year service contract for 158.00. Overall, a great experience. I'm glad we chose them, and will continue to use them.

We're very happy with these guys. For $8,000 we replaced our dying furnace, installed new AC and repaired a shoddy duct work system installed by previous owners. We'd received quotes for A/C alone by other service providers for $10,000! AAA was fast, professional and incredibly reasonable in their pricing, despite purchasing a high-end Trane system. They worked around our schedule, even pulling in extra guys to work a shift in order to get our new system installed after our furnace died. Estimate to install was 3 or 4 business days, and they provided free servicing on our old furnace to get us through those few cold days before the work could be done. They've since followed-up to make sure we're still happy with our set up and offer free cleaning on our ducts for next year.

Very prompt and knowledgeable technicians. Available to answer all of our questions and explain in detail. We learned some things about our equipment we didn't know.

They are trustworthy and they do a high-quality work. They don't do up sells and other gimmicks. They do what they are supposed to do and charge what they say they are going to charge. They do a quality work. They charge $150 for the service and they charge $200 if they have to fix something.

I used an Angie's List $79 Big Deal special offer for this service; it was great. I have used them 4 times and they have always been on time. They call me 20 minutes before the technician hits my door and they check everything out when they are here. This company put my new furnace in last year; they have been great.

They did a wonderful job! Heater works great and the install looks good too. Jim and his team were polite, considerate, and thorough. They showed up on time and worked hard to make our install clean and neat. Honestly I can't believe that the job was completed so quickly!

AAA installed our furnace/AC unit, including all new ducting under the house and in the attic, about a year ago and performed excellent work. They were also the company who installed our first replacement furnace and new AC unit over 20 years ago. They performed all service for us during that time, and there was no question we would use them again for our new unit. Our replacement unit was still operating, but we were ready for a more efficient unit. Staff were on time, prepared, personable, and ready to work. Communication was excellent. Because under house work was necessary, floors were covered to avoid tracking dirt. Clean up after work was completed and was more than satisfactory. Excellent work and cooperation. During this past year we have had occasion for them to come out to make adjustments and service our system. They have been very courteous, prompt and professional in their response. They are a local family operated business. Jimmy and Marissa Rando have made us feel more like family members than just customers.
