He missed our first appointment, and I had to call him to find out where he was and why he didn't show. He asked for a second chance, and he showed up the next day in a timely manner and did the work. I'm not sure about the pricing because my 2nd opinion never called me back/showed up, and I needed the work done ASAP (not sure if I was in danger of fire). Willis showed up with an assistant, and they were very polite and went to work quickly. They were also considerate of my home and covered things to protect them as appropriate. Willis told me what they were doing and explained it all to me in simple layman's terms, which I appreciated. I felt confident in his abilities because he was able to so clearly explain everything to me. Overall, I am happy with his work, and would call AAA again if I needed more electrical work done.

I LIKED THE SENIOR CITIZEN DISCOUNT HE GAVE ME. HE CAME ON A SATURDAY. HE DIDN'T CHARGE ME ANYTHING FOR GOING OVER TO COSTCO AND PURCHASING THE LIGHTS. CALLED OTHER COMPANIES THERE QUOTE WAS $500.

They did a very good job. Everything was actually perfect. They came on time, fixed the problem and were very professional about the whole situation. They were really nice people and did not waste any of my time. I would hire them and would like to see their business expand.

They changed from our two-prong to three-prong wiring. They rewired and wired for a computer. They did an excellent job. They did riveting for our computer and put in outdoor plug in. They crawled under the house to get all the wiring done correctly.

WILLIS TANG DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. HE WAS ON TIME, VERY PLEASANT AND EXTREMELY CONSCIENTIOUS. HE RAN INTO SOME UNEXPECTED PROBLEMS (UNAVOIDABLE AND NOT INITIALLY APPARENT) WHICH REQUIRED EXTRA TIME ON HIS PART, BUT HE STAYED THE EXTRA TIME TO FINISH THE JOB AND WORKED VERY CAREFULLY. HE DID NOT CHANGE THE INITIAL ESTIMATE.
