They were very prompt. They did a good job. I think I got what I asked for.

I sued 3 Day Blinds but the company is non-responsive.  They refuse to return mail or phone calls. They did call back once and a woman kept laughing and then hung up (she had an area code of the Orange County Corporation so is an employee of the company).  I wrote a letter of complaint about this and provided the phone number, but 3-Day blind di not respons to that wither.

The 3 Day Blinds contractors provided inferior installation, inferior home assessment and advice, and an inferior product. As of today, 23, 2012, they refuse to respond.

Most frustrating is that despite my winning lawsuit they kept me on their mailing list and just sent me a voucher for up to $600 saying that "I'd like to thank you for being a valued client of 3 Day Blinds and extend an exclusive offer to you." The flyer states "Superior Client Experience" and a "Brand you can trust."  But from the way the company has refused to respond to me and the poor installation and initial consultation I saw nothing but inferior service.  So just please beware.

We brought out 3 different places to do estimates and 3 Day Blinds was the best! They did an excellent job. We had odd shaped windows and they gave us suggestions on what to do. They were able to suggest colors that worked well for the room.

The guy that heads up the local one came out and measured and sent the order to Los Angeles. Los Angeles shipped the blinds to us and then they had an installer, who was also excellent, come out and install them. They did everything they committed to. The quality of the installation and the blinds is outstanding. We were very happy wit them. We would absolutely use them again.
