"Member is absolutely correct! First, please accept our apologies for our deficiency. After we spoke with Member and our service technician, it was brought to our attention that we did not complete our obligations. We immediately scheduled another technician to fulfill our obligation (go into the attic; inspect the equipment, and clear condensate drains). We have no excuse for this lack of service! We work hard with our technicians to provide expert service and have taken steps to prevent this from happening in the future. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. -Neal Goldsmith-"
