Mike  McCue came out explained to me and the wife the difference between the new systems today and the old systems of yesterday, explain what HERS verification means and basically put it in terms that you understand, Mike did a complete measurement of the rooms kitchen bathroom laundry room living room,, of the house to get a total number of square feet and proceeded to tell us what we needed he did not try to pressure us into buying or overselling we already knew what we wanted seen that I had done some work on the Internet on new complete systems, the day of the insulation a crew of three guy showed up on time which was impressive and proceeded to take out the old system and start installing the new system, they put in brand-new ductwork new registers new return registers a total brand-new system Mike told us it would take 2 1/2 to 3 days he was dead on, the crew worked very cleanly took pride in their workmanship all went well, except for one mishap, while worker slipped up with the attic and came through the ceiling they were very apologetic yada yada yada, but my concern was that the worker was okay which he was after everything was cleaned up got a hold of the office the next morning they had a contractor out to fix the whole the ceiling everything went fine no problems did a superb job, we had the system in for 2 1/2 years now with no problems runs great summertime heat's great in the wintertime, I would definitely recommend JBS for all my heating and air-conditioning problems

5 stars and 2 thumbs up!!!!! I called for service on a Saturday when it was 110 degrees in Palm Springs. They were honest in telling me that they were booked until the next Tues instead of stringing me along.  When they came out to the house they gave me an honest assessment and told me about a also alerted me to a rebate that was available.  No pressure to do the work. They were very responsive always answering calls and keeping me up to date on the work.  They are our designated A/C service company now.  Thanks Jim and Neil!

They were on time and replaced the part with a smile. They did the work quickly and were gone before I knew it!

I wouldn't use anybody else. They are polite, professional, on time, courteous and customer oriented. They went over and above. They were very very nice. They are very willing to help. Answered all questions regarding to air conditioner.

The service provider was punctual and efficient.  He reset the A/C and gave me recommendations on replacement options. 

They arrived on time and replaced the fan motor with some difficulty,
but didn't up their estimate.  Everybody I dealt with on the phone was
polite and professional. A/C unit has been working fine since. Would use again.

When they first came, we were relieved to find out the air conditioner wasn't broken and we did not need freon.  However, the bad news was one of the pipes under our house was missing.  We wanted it fixed ASAP because only one side of the house was getting air conditioning, and we were wasting electricity. They came back a few days later to replace it, and they did a professional job.  We were very happy with their service.

I had someone out and they messed my heater up, but J&M fixed it.  They were very good and very honest.  He knew what he was talking about when explaining what wrong and he was very prompt.  I was very satisfied and I would call him again.

They did a halfway job. I had to call their manager and they sent a tech out to complete what was supposed to be included in the service. I probably won't be using them again. Their price was average and what everyone else was charging. They were pretty quick and they were on time. The manager was pretty professional but obviously the tech wasn't.

They found the fan was rewired wrong so they corrected it and got the AC going. I was quyoted a little less than I was charged, I called them and they explained it.  They were right on time.  The tenants said the guy was nice.

They were very nice, honest, and professional on the phone and helpful without even having to come out. They were able to give me instructions over the phone to fix it for now. Pricing they quoted was more reasonable than the other company I have used.

To have it all specially installed they asked for $900, but I wasn’t about to pay that much; so I got him down to $700. They were competitive on price. All the heating and cooling deals are very pricey, they were pretty good. The quality of work was excellent. They were responsive, they came out right away. They were on time. I would use them again in the future if needed.

They were extemely professional. When they didn't have the specified equipment, they voluntarily upgraded me to the next level with no extra charges.

They were very good, and also very pleasant. They came out when they said they would, and they did the job with a few days as possible. There was an accident where someone in the attic had slipped and stepped through our ceiling. The next day they had drywall and painting people come out to fix the problem.

He was very honest and spent a lot of time identifying the problem yet charging us the minimal amount of time. He was very good.

The entire installation went well. From the initial meeting with Matthew through the installation process. J&M treated our home as if it were their own. Extremely clean and efficient. Matthew updated us at each interval and remained behind after completion to insure that we understood the new system. Matthew and his team were pleasant yet professional.
