The crew was extremely courteous and highly professional. Projected time to complete job was 5 days and project schedule was met. Crew cleaned up the site each evening.

The roofers were timely and did a great job. They entered and exited through the house. They laid down tarps and were careful not to make a mess in the house.

If 50% right works, then Tom Lee is your installation company for skylights. I needed two skylights: one at each end of my hallway. The hallway had one light fixture in the center. I received a bid on these two skylights--and very unfortunately, was not home the day they were installed. When I arrived home, I had one skylight at one end, and the other skylight IN THE CENTER OF THE HALL, directly over the existing light fixture. The foreman explained that he'd tried to reach me by phone, and that he'd changed the location of the light "to match the building," in spite of not communicating with me. He also stated that I'd learn to love it. When I pointed out that because of his mistake I had to have additional electrical work done [two light fixtures installed, and the one under the skylight removed], he offered to split the cost of the electrical work. 50% right on structural changes: YEEKS! [In addition, Tom Lee took $150 off the cost of an electrician; the actual cost was over $400.]

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED, AND PLEASED WITH THE JOB THAT TOM LEE DID WITH MY ROOF. THE WORKERS DID A WONDERFUL JOB, AND THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD HAPPILY RECOMMEND THEM.

THIS COMPANY DID A GREAT JOB REPLACING SHINGLES, THEIR WORK LOOKS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE COMPANY TOOK THEIR TIME TO REPLACE EVERY MISSING SHINGLE MY HOUSE LOOKS GREAT.

THEY WERE RELIABLE AND THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. NO MORE LEAKING SUNROOF AND THEY FIXED TERMITE DAMAGED BOARDS THAT A PREVIOUS CONTRACTOR WOULDN'T HELP WITH.
