I am very sorry that you feel we behaved in an unprofessional manner. I thought we were off to a great start, and enjoyed speaking with you. We are very accustomed to working in wind and rain, its actually a common occurrence for us, but I do understood that you felt uncomfortable with it. You are right, we did re schedule another date, and I had to change the date. I re scheduled to quickly, and did not realize that I had over booked the day. I did leave you a couple of urgent messages with an alternate date, but did not here back from you. So I did not know what to think. To do the work properly you must have adequate time. I honestly did not know who the review on Angies List was from. Then I remembered. your last name.You are the only one that I spoke with, I don't recall a phone call from him. I always do my best to call back as promptly as possible. Most days I am at job location with my husband and our crew, and on those days I forward my business number to my cell phone. The only thing I can think of is that something happened with the forwarding, because I honestly did not recieve a call from your husband. When I tried to reschedule with you, I did ask that you call me back ASAP because I had an opening that was not far off from our original date, and I was trying to accomodate you sooner rather than later. My schedule was pretty tight. Being a smaller tree service I book out pretty quick. I am saddened and dissappointed that you were unhappy. I at least now know what happened by reading your review. I just wish you would have called me back, even if it was after hours and left a message letting me know the alternate date I had for your tree work was not suitable for your work schedule. Had we been able to do your work, I know you would have been happy with the results. We do take pride in the services we provide, and my husband Shawn is on every job. Again I apologize to you and your husband, and I'm awfully sorry about not receiving his messages. I trully am.
