 + -1 moreFrom there James took over and completely readied my mother's house. We readied the bathrooms, kitchen and painted and carpeted as well as repaired what was needed. He gave me a price and the price was very accurate and fair. As he says he is not the cheapest but he gives a very accurate bid with no surprises and superior workmanship. I have had bad experiences with contractors in the past, so I really appreciate it when someone always answers their phone, follows through on what they say and doesn't play games with prices. What probably should have taken months took only weeks to clean out and redo. James took on any task I asked including coordinating new landscaping. I plan to use him whenever I need a contractor. In fact I was so pleased I am now having him work on my own house. He has a lot of good ideas. I hope this doesn't get him too much work because I want him available when I need him. Description of Work: James and Gabe are the best and most honest people I have had the pleasure of working with. We had to empty out my mother's house after a death in the family and they were like angels from heaven. First Gabe worked tiredlessly taking things up and down the steps from a dusty old storage area. He put everything in the garage and we said what we wanted and didn't want. He then took everything we didn't want away. I was guilt free because their business donates whatever they can to charity and then breaks down all items so they can be used for parts etc. Their goal is to have minimum landfill which is very important for our environment.
