"Its unfortunate that this customer was dissatisfied with our service. We provide excellent customer services, and was on time with our timeline date. The customer was confused on which color she would start and constantly changed the color scheme until I decided that there would be a price due to labor cost. When I mention that there would be an extra cost because of my labor she became very uncomfortable to work with."
