Great! Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Ship Smart was friendly and communicative the whole time and each of their moving partners in the origin and destination cities were also very friendly and communicative. The movers arrived on time loaded up in 10 minutes. They had my stuff prepared to ship to my destination in just 2-3 days (they originally told me 2-3 weeks!). They stored my belongings for a very low price while they were waiting for me to secure a destination address and then timed the shipping of my pallets to arrive on the exact day that I moved in to my new home. The pallets were delivered to my back door and everything was incredibly well packed and protected. I shipped lots of fragile, breakable items and nothing was broken, no boxes were crushed, every box that I had marked fragile or with arrows indicating the direction it needed to be stored were packed correctly.

There is an additional charge for delivering into the house, otherwise they will delivery it in the drive way.

They did a reasonable job with that. The one thing about it is they wait until they can put enough things together to make a whole load so it you are in a hurry it’s not the right service. If you have a few pieces of furniture to move across the country then they are pretty good to go all the way. It took them about two weeks. Price depends on if they do the packing. There are all sorts of options, if they do the packing, if they move stuff into the house there’s an extra charge for that and to go up a flight of stairs. They moved small loads within two weeks and they delivered when they said they would. The workers spoke English, at least one of them did.

They did a great job in packing.  The picking up people were on time and they called me. They were nice so they were great.  They were a little bit more than I was estimated they didn’t know until later because it bills on weight so I understand. The company is Ship Smart but what I think they do is they get local delivery people. So it took longer than it was supposed to be. I wasn’t in a rush so it worked out. It was picked up from a storage unit and it was being delivered to a storage unit.  The company in Tucson did call me. When it was delivered, the guy was great, he was very nice. They said it is going to be packaged with palate. When it was delivered the palate was all the way up the side.   Was it package safely, absolutely. There was no way I could do that myself. The delivery man, he was so nice, he put it back on his truck and took it back and then had to contact Ship Smart on what was going to happen. It was going to be delivered another day which they did. I had to hire and bring in family members and young guys to do this. I believe the president or the manager from Ship Smart called me and I didn’t ask for this, he gave me a $200 discount because of my trouble. He was very upset that his people didn’t explain how it was going to be delivered. I paid my relative and he is a young guy and trust me they had to work really hard to get his thing taken apart. Was it protected, yes. We had to use hammers and really big screw drivers.

They were great. They were fantastic. I was so impressed. They were big strong guys. They were very protective. Everything came out perfect. They came within the time window. I was so pleased with them. I would recommend them to anyone. They were good heart, big strong men. It was such a pleasant experience.

Smoothly in every respect. Both pick-up and drop-off were punctual and professionally handled.

excellent.  brilliant.  and incredible job well done.  packing was amazing complete with blankets and wooden casing.  even small pices were protected with incredible detail and tender loving care.  I would use Shipsmart again in a heartbeat!

This was my first experience with a shipping and moving company and it was a really great experience.  The people I talked to were easy kind, polite and always willing to help.  Their materials were easy to read and they welcomed any questions.  The movers arrived on time and took note of all of the areas on each piece that would require special attention since the pieces are over 150 years old.  They wrapped each of the pieces and took great care in loading each piece into the truck.  The pieces were taken to a warehouse where each pieces was packed for shipping and when they arrived at my house I was so impressed and relieved to see how much care was taken to make sure that the pieces were safe and undamaged when they arrived.  Overall, I would recommend this company over and over again.

So smooth. From initial phone call to final delivery, they were professional, courteous and  really knew what they were doing. They had all the right equipment for wrapping the furniture, transporting it to the truck, boxing at the warehouse, and delivering it to my son.

When I needed a few items shipped cross-country, ShipSmart was recommended to me by the moving company my family has used for generations. It was so easy working with the folks at ShipSmart. Hannah kept me informed at each step and the items arrived as expected. Since these were family heirlooms, I was very concerned about getting them to me without damage. They provided an wonderful service at half the cost of other movers.  They did exactly as they said they would, plus, they REWRAPPED and packaged my grandmother's china set (12 place settings) with not a singe piece broken or scratched.  I had broken the handle off of one of the tea cups.  They wrapped that cup and handle with just as much precision and care as all the other pieces.  It may sound silly, but I got the feeling somebody on the wrapping end REALLY CARED!!  I've moved across the country multiple times.  This is by far the best china wrapping I've ever seen.  Just as promised, the 4 boxes and one cedar chest arrived on the pallet, to be left at curbside. We were home to collect it, so we were able to place it right into the garage.  (The cedar chest was also wrapped professionally with padding and shrink wrap.)   After reading some comments about the orders taking up to 5 weeks to arrive, I didn't expect my things to arrive when promised.  But they did!  Amazing job.  Way to go Smart Ship!

I was extremely pleased. They picked up as scheduled and contacted me when delivery was ready. They delayed the delivery a week at my request, as I was out of town and not available on the scheduled date. The goods were extremely well packed and protected. Nothing was broken or even scratched. I could not have done as well if I had been moving with a U-Haul trailer. The price was competitive with other quotes I had recieved, but those were not from companies that specialized in this type of delivery. For shipment of small amounts of important or fragile items I don't think you can find a better company. The representative (Robert) I worked with was always responsive and considerate of my requirements. I highly recommend them.
