Very professional, arrived on time and got right to work. We chose to pack the contents of our house ourself and they loaded and moved the entire contents of our house. Everything got there and nothing was broke. We would use them again and I recommended them to my realtor. They were good.

Really clean and accessible, nice attendants and always friendly. Only drawback is its more for office storage as you can't get in past 12 on Saturday or Sunday at all. A bit of a bummer.

Shamrock is the best. They'd helped me move a couple of times in the Bay Area and also stored some stuff. Caitriona is my contact in the office. She's always been helpful and responsive.
I moved out of my apartment for a move to SoCal this past weekend. Caitriona set it up to have my storage moved out and into a U-Haul truck that I rented. Then, I took the guys to my rental and they loaded everything from there as well. So, two separate jobs but the same crew. 
Gabriel, Francisco and Jose were my guys and they were worth every penny. Although I only had a 1-bedroom, the speed and efficiency with which they loaded up the 15-foot U-Haul was amazing. They used every available space. And since it was a rental truck, I did not have straps or other supplies they're used to using in their own trucks. They gerry-rigged some shrink wrap to act as straps to hold everything in place. (I learned a trick for the future) Best part is, they did all this in nearly 1 hour. Amazing. 
Since I was moving home, I had friends and family unload there. But because Shamrock packed everything so well, it made it super easy. Plus, nothing was broken. So awesome, awesome job.

They were really good. They moved everything in, and worked efficiently. They were very polite and I didn't have to do a thing. Everything was exceptionally well-packed, and other than asking an occasional question, they kept their heads down and got the work done. Dishes were all safe, furniture was wrapped, and it seemed as if everything was wrapped or packed with something. From the initial estimate to the end of the move, Shamrock's team was very impressive every step of the way.

It went well. Very nice staff, clean place. The location is a bit dodgy, but I think that's normal for affordable storage units. Everything was easy and they had the paperwork all ready for me when I showed up.

4 guys arrived as scheduled.  Got started ASAP, took only one break, cleared out in 5 hours.  The guys were nice, friendly and helpful.  Before they left they asked if there was anything else we wanted to box and give them.  Aside from seeing all our stuff disappear it was truly painless.  Will review again when they bring our stuff out of storage and bring it to our new house in So California this December.

They sent three men, who all worked diligently and constantly to move our things from the apartment into the truck. (They did take a 15 minute break, and I caught one guy on his phone once, but they really didn't stop working.) They finished and it was lunch time. They said there would be 30 minutes of transportation time (reasonable for a large truck moving across Oakland), and that they'd take a 30 minute lunch--meaning they'd meet me at the new place in one hour. It was one hour and 20 minutes later, but they unloaded the truck with the same constant motion and professionalism as they started.  They were very nice guys, and they took very good care of our furniture and things. Not one scratch or damaged item. Yay! We realized they left a box on the back porch of our old apartment, so my fiancee had to go back and get it.
They charged me for time starting from their shop in SF to Oakland--a cost I wasn't anticipating--and they charged me for their lunch and break. It ended up a just about $300 over the estimate. However, due to their professionalism and care with our items, I am not upset. It was worth the money. 
This was the third time I've moved with Shamrock, and my experiences were pretty much the same with the first two moves as well. I trust them!

very professional staff - courteous, careful and very nice! The team had to keep track of items being moved to temporary apt, short and long term storage. I will definitely call the same team back once the remodel is completed. 

The team was fantastic.  They were there on time, and got everything on the truck FAST!  This was a simple move because they took care of everything and lived up to every promise.

Good planning by email. Polite and hardworking crew. A couple of small dents in wall paper but overall great service. Quite expensive.

Shamrock was the lowest of the estimates we received.  They were punctual on the date of move. 
Their crew handled the moves professionally.  Except for the piano which had to be re-tuned, everything was in good order.
Couldn't have asked for more.  Will use them again.

Team showed up right on time.  The team of 3 was very professional and courteous.  We had lots of big heavy furniture, and our new house even included a flight of stairs.  They did a very good job of loading the truck and unloading everything at the new house.  They were actually quite speedy, which is pretty impressive, given the hard work they're doing.  You could see they were trying their best to be careful with everything as they moved it, even though there were many very tight spaces and, as mentioned before, much of the furniture was big and heavy.  They did wrap and pad the furniture as appropriate as well.  The only reason I gave them a B rather than A was because they did cause a few gouges in the drywall (though I do realize they were trying their best not to damage anything, and the pieces they were moving were big and awkward).  I believe they came in under the original estimate we were given, and the entire job only took ~4 - 5 hours.
I would recommend them and would most likely use them again if we do another local move.

They were scheduled to show up at 9am then didn't turn up until 9pm, they messed up my moving scheduled all together. The neighbors called the cops on them because of all the noise they were making at the hour they were making it. They didnt end up getting everything ready to go until midnight. I wouldn't use them again in the future.
