I been on vacation in San Francisco and I locked my keys in the rental car. Those guys are Very fast they come within 15 min and open the car less then 2 min. They were very professional and I'd highly recommend them!!

It was certainly a pleasure to work with a company that comes on time, works well, and is friendly. The new lock is great. They also knew what they were doing! I would absolutely use them again, and again.

Our electronic front door lock broke and needed replacement. We'd been dealing with a property manager-recommended locksmith for several days, and finally got fed up after waiting all day, then getting told that we'd need to wait until tomorrow, again. We reached out to several locksmiths via Angie's List email. Pro Locksmiths 24-7 answered within 15 min, and after some back and forth messages, the locksmith was willing to come out that evening, even though it was after 9:30 PM. By 11:30 PM, we had a temporary lock installed, without requiring any modifications to our door, as requested by our property manager. While the price may have been a little steep (we were charged for an attempt to fix the original electronic lock, even though we were pretty sure that it was unfixable), the locksmith was friendly, skillful, prompt with communications and with showing up onsite (even in the middle of the night), and honest in his assessment of the situation. We'd definitely hire him again should the need arise.

I was locked outside of my house on a Friday night at around midnight. I called around and wasn't able to get any locksmiths to come out to rescue me. They were able to send someone over within an hour and the pro was able to drill my old locks out and put two medium security locks back on that night, the next day their pro came out and changed the medium security locks to high security with no charge. So it turns out there is something wrong with my main door's lock. Anyway, if you ever get yourself in a situation like mine, don't hesitate to call them.
