Dishwasher repair - fixed on the 2nd visit.  Arrived on schedule and was professional enough.  Nothing exceptionally good or bad about the service performed or service orientation.

They were very good. They were timely. The service person who came out was courteous and personable and even gave us some bonus. I would use them again. Their pricing was very fair.

Only complaint was with their office person who took my first call.  Somehow the appointment never got communicated and it looked as if nobody was going to show up.  I ended up calling with about five minutes remaining on the two hour window and Gregory answered the call.  He apologized and came right over.   I'd use them again.

He was very good and he did a great job. He came out within a day. He knew what it was and got right to it. It was a switch and he at first adjusted it. After a while it malfunctioned again so he came back the next day and replaced the switch and didn't charge me anything extra. I would use him in the future.

The service was fine and I don't have any complaints. I wasn't overwhelmed. They did OK.

Ever since, the range has had a strange gas smell to it when it is warming up. We called them back and they returned to look at it, but just told us that we needed to clean our oven. While that may be true, the gassy smell persists. But the range works, so we've left it at that.

While it actually took two or three visits, they were very friendly and in the end the service fixed the problem. At first we thought it would be sufficient to replace the o-ring but in the end the whole motor needed replacement.

Very good experience. Both the person who I spoke to set-up the appointment and the service guy were professional and pleasant. Plus, they actually came to perform the work on the day and time they committed. (I can't tell you how often our HOA has arranged for service calls and the companies do not show up!)

He appears to be nearly a one-man show, and his cell phone rang a lot while he was there. He wasn't charging by the hour, but I had to come home from work so it was a little annoying that the first visit especially took maybe 30 minutes longer than it needed to. Otherwise, the repair went very well. He clearly knows what he is doing, and doesn't waste any (other) time getting the job done. I was very grateful he could come on the same day I called, since our refrigerator actually went out two days before (New Year's Eve). We lost most of the food anyway, but that wasn't his fault. I would definitely call him again if we had any other large appliances that needed to be fixed.

THEY ARE VERY GOOD AND RELIABLE. THEY ARE VERY HONEST. THEY ARE VERY FAIR IN THEIR PRICING FOR THE TYPE OF WORK THEY DO, VERY PROFESSIONAL. CAME OUT WHEN I CALLED AND SAW TO MY NEEDS RIGHT AWAY.

THE INSTALLER USED SOME KIND OF GLUE OR CAULKING UNDER THE SINK TO INSTALL MY GARBAGE DISPOSAL. I WAS SICK FOR 2 DAYS AFTER THEY INSTALLED IT. THEY DID CLEAN UP ALL THE MESS. OVERALL I GUESS THEY DID A GOOD JOB.

I THIS IS AN EXCELLENT COMPANY. I HAVE SOME OTHER APPLIANCES THAT I NEED SERVICED, AND I WILL DEFINITELY CALL THEM TO COMPLETE THE JOB. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE COMPANY.

I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO HAVE TO REPLACE MY DRYER WHEN I CALLED MARS FOR HELP. I WAS SO HAPPY WHEN THE REPAIRMAN TOLD ME THAT I DIDN'T NEED A NEW DRYER- IT WAS JUST A Q-TIP CAUGHT IN THE SYSTEM. HE WAS SO KIND ABOUT IT.
