It was a difficult experience with Magic Plumbing. I hired them to replace two shower fixtures and install two toilets. Their initial technician quoted one price in the bid, but when it was time to do the work a few days later, the plumber that came out was different and wanted to increase the cost after opening the project had already begun. He did not fasten the tub spout securely, did not silicone down the faceplate of the valve, and the toilets are still wabbling today. I ended up having to reinstall the tub spout myself and get someone else to reset the toilets. They also showed up nearly an hour late and were a bit messy.

He came quickly, the communications were good, he was curteous and professiona, he found the problem quickly, replaced the thermcouple, re-lite the water heater, and its worked ever since.

paul sent his plumber dave within 2 hours of initial contact. dave solved my problem within an hour(changed a valve for my water heater overflow problem, for which another contractor proposed a $3000 change of water heater to fix). everything is working fine now. very satisfied.

Sewer Main Install, Replace or Repair
They were the only ones to bring a camera to examine the sewer pipe at our first meeting. They were 2k under one bid and 9k under another bid. Work was professional, quick, no disruption to my household other then loss of the use of the driveway for a few days. They introduced me to their concrete sub's and ended up letting me have a separate contract with them. When the put the plywood down to cover the hole, where it crossed the sidewalk they put in asphalt to create a smooth transition and painted orange lines at all the crossing points, which made me worry less about people tripping and suing during the repair. Great company.
