My son Had been looking for a rare Lexus IS 350 for a very long time. I had finally found this car at an auction in Tennessee. I was looking around for places to ship this car to California where he lives. A friend of mine recommended Movers Alliance. From the very first phone call they were very professional and I could not be happier with the service. They were fast and reliable and the car was not scratched or damaged at all. was looking for someone to move a car I purchased to my home in Austin Tx. But I wanted someone that was reputable and also had fair rate for doing so. I came across this company from one of the other people that had purchased a car the same day and have used them in the past. I have to say I was not disappointed. They were everything that I was hoping for. Fast and reliable and very professional. They wore gloves thru the move so not to scratch the paint for dirty the interior. I was extremely satisfied and will use in the future

Only my sister was able to come over and help me pack because everyone else was at work. So with little help, they even offered to help finish packing up the rest of my belongings in my living room and other general areas. Everything was neatly packed and organized. They were also faster than I was! My car arrived in the same condition as it left. All of my artwork, furniture, and other belongings had no damages. I experienced not a single issue working with them. And when we arrived to my new home, they helped unload and unpack which made my boyfriend very happy because he had extra help :)

They provided a quote within a few hours of the request. I was able to book almost immediately. They arrived on time with formal introductions of the crew and conducted a walk-through with me to understand the logistics before they started any work. I was impressed with how quickly they got to work and made sure to appropriately protect each piece of furniture. They emptied out my house in about 2 hours and that included wrapping up all the furniture and loading it onto both their truck as well as a storage container. Movers alliance worked non-stop until the truck was loaded. Once we reached the destination, the logistics were more difficult as they had to unload downstairs, use an elevator, and walk down a long corridor to get to my new place. However, they continued to be efficient and didn't slow down their progress. My furniture and boxes were placed where I wanted them. So far I have not found any damage and nothing is missing. The moving team were polite and happily moved an existing sofa to a new room. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy. I cannot say enough good things about the moving experience. I was thoroughly satisfied with their service and would highly recommend long distance movers alliance.

Mr. Leo from movers alliance was very friendly mover and he beat the quoted price from other competitor moving companies. I did my research on the internet and asked quotes from 5 companies and long distance movers alliance was one of the best choices and Mr. Leo reduced the price to beat the only other quotes. The moving was swift and prompt, yet the guys were very careful. The guys were very friendly and quite funny also. They un-mounted the furniture, wrapped with a sturdy packing material, sealed and moved quickly. The furniture was mounted back at the new place. The quote covered all these expenses. The delivery guys were good, they moved the furniture carefully and were friendly. There were no damages to any of the shipped items (including wine glasses, mirrors and frames). All the way through the moving, I got calls and e-mails from Mr. Leo and the delivery driver about the situation of my materials so that I can track them. The delivery time was as per my convenience and they promptly agreed for that. Overall, I had a pleasant experience with long distance movers alliance for this move. I will use this movers in the future and I strongly recommend to anyone who are moving long distance (interstate).

At the beginning of the move they said that not everything would fit into the storage unit.  So, I went into panic mode.  I was about to call 1800 pack rat to see if they could send another storage unit when the head mover told me to wait because it may be that only a few boxes would be left out. I didn't know how that was going to be possible, but I followed his instructions anyway. Holy moly, that man packed every little crevice of that storage unit. He must have been the tetris master at one point in his life because every millimeter of that storage unit was filled. I was totally amazed. If only the unit were just a few feet longer he would've fit everything. Oh well. Luckily, I remembered that this company also had storage available.  I called the manager and set up storage with them.  The guys loaded and strapped down the rest of the stuff on their truck and took it to their storage facility. Another great thing about this company is that their prices were the best that I found. I called 4 different moving companies and found movers alliance to have the best rates. They got the job done in 1 day.  Everything was well taken care of, in furniture blankets, shrink wrapped, etc. I was thoroughly impressed.  This was probably one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had.

The 3 men we hired arrived on time, and got right to work. About 3/4 of the way into loading the truck they radioed in for backup. Within 15 minutes another young man showed up. I was assured by James that I would only be charged for the 3 people that I had originally ordered even though there were 4 guys! We were half packed, the garage was a disaster. Paper, empty boxes, furniture hidden behind boxes. I felt so bad for the movers because I was completely unprepared. There was just so much stuff and I couldn't get it all done in time. The first load of the truck was filled top to bottom. The first guys that came, filled the truck with what they could. They headed over to my new location and started unloading everything up 3 flights of stairs to the main floor. Everything from the first load was unloaded way ahead of schedule. They sent another truck for the 3 VERY Heavy and very valuable pieces of furniture. Chris and James were able to hall up two of the pieces with no problem. The next one took  all 4 of the guys to move and it was so big, they could barely round the corner. We cannot say thank you enough. You were AMAZING movers alliance!

I had been searching for a reliable Shipping company for quite a while and just couldn't settle down with anyone because I was looking for professional, reliable, trusted, experienced and brand going through many websites. I found out, most of the packers and movers had bad reviews, and most of the companies with some good reviews were very new companies (like started in a year or 2) I easily figured it out but doing some research. Everything was delivered in a timely manner and our things came in perfect shape. The service I received was amazing and my household goods and car were taken care well.
