Greenway called me within minutes of my posting my inquiry. The other two never contacted me. But Greenway is a great way to go. I first hired them to do my parents' home, which, after 50 years of residency was getting a little funky. Now I've hired them for my house, too.

This outfit has their act together. I'd recomend them without reservation.

They did an excellent job.

they arrived late and left early, but worked REALLY HARD and made up the work and did a great job...however, you are still too expensive (for me), but they really worked very hard, so it probably evens out.

We had a move out cleaning. The carpets and floors had cat hair remnants as if the vaccuum was clogged. The kitchen floor was washed with cat hair and dust left under the counters. The bathroom and kitchen sinks looked like they were wiped down with water. Soap scum left on the faucets and drain. The cleaners were on time and courteous. They kept saying that usually a move out cleaning was scheduled with more than two cleaners.

They were very nice and arrived on time. But there was acommunication issue so explaining details of the job was not easy. I also don't think they'd been prepared (or equipped) adequately for the size of the job I'd requested over the phone: Blinds were left dirty because they couldn't reach the upper areas, dirt was smeared around on walls because they ran out of cloths, they used my own supplies, and inside the oven wasn't touched. I kept checking to ensure that most of the cleaning did get done, & what they did clean was mostly OK. Wouldn't recommend for a medium/large cleaning job, but they might be OK for small tidying.

They did alright except they left about 20 minutes early without asking if there was anything else they could do.

They began the day by messing up their scheduling and sending two teams to my house. I then had to figure out with the company who was and was not supposed to be at my house, which resulted in making me late for work. Then when the company called to apologize, they were extremely unprofessional and did not truly care what happened. Then I preceeded to come home after they had cleaned my house to find that they had left early and that they had not thoroughly cleaned anything as there was still dust on things and dirt all on the floors. I would never recommend or endorse this group ever again. It was horrible service.

Nice and lovely ladies that came to my house. 1)I was told cleaners would bring their own supplies. They had no paper towels & used mine. 2)The inside of refridgerator never was cleaned.I had emptied it to make it easy to clean. For over $200 paid - that surprised me! I did not realize it until they left. 3) I found items on the living room rug (like a bottle cap, large rubber band) that if vacummed thoroughly should never have been missed. It was an OK job but I've had cleaners that just made the house sparkle-this time the house was cleaned adequately. Turns out a poor estimate was provided by phone - disappointing.

They did little more than push some dust around.Two calls were made to Josh the manager but I was blown off-he promised to call back but didn't until a week later after I posted a complaint.He had a bad attitude,disbelieved the maids could have done a bad job and blamed me for my dirty house.I've had maids clean for half the fee in half the time leaving my house sparkling,laundry done&refrigerator cleaned out.If they treat all their customers this way, they'll drive themselves out of business.Not only would I not recommend these people,I would STRONGLY discourage anyone from hiring them.

Exceptionally clean and price was also great -- worth every cent!

The cleaning ranged from very clean to not touched with no apparent reason for skipping certain areas. For example, 3/4 of the fridge front was cleaned, 1/4 was completely missed; stove components were removed and cleaned but portions of the stove top were not wiped down. The scheduler was very courteous and efficient; however the cleaners could not communicate at even a basic level, seemed to find great humor in some things in my home (to the point that one cleaner would call the other cleaner to come see) and did not treat my cats with any level of care or concern. In fact, they seemed to find it quite funny when the cats were terrified. If their behavior was this inappropriate while I was home, I would hate to think what could happen if I was not home. So, I was both insulted in my own home and had to re clean certain areas, which were usually those areas that were harder to reach (bottom of fridge, upper shelves, etc.).

I am thrilled by how good these folks were. I will definitely be using them again. Because they use only "green" products, I wasn't sure whether the house would truly get clean, but it absolutely did -- with no overpowering, lingering cleaning smells.

I was was not impressed with the attention to detail.

My house was definitely cleaner, but not very clean. I would not use them again or recommend them to other people. They also showed up half-an-hour late.

For four hours man hours of work Greenway maid did not finish job, only did half of our house. Would not recommend this cleaning servise.
