They did a fabulous job, quick clean and professional.

They were fine and their prices were very reasonable. I checked out their references on Yelps and they had received great recommendations. I called them and they came the next week to do the job, and it was fine working with them. They were prompt and on time, unlike most contractors who would give you a time and wouldn?t turn up. I would rate them highly and would use them in the future.

I ended up not using them as I received a lower bid from someone else. They were excellent though and I do plan on using them when I need a full roof done.

It went very well overall. Everything seemed on time and coordinated. The workers were efficient and professional. i had to leave before they finished and when I came home everything was finished and clean .

I called about the leak on a Monday morning and left a message. Mark called me back later that day and scheduled an appointment for Tuesday morning for his brother to look at the roof in person. He said that it was a minor repair (quoted $720) and said that they would schedule something when the rain stopped. The rain stopped the next day and I got a call at 7am asking if he could come by at 10am. They completed the work that day and then I received the bill soon after in the mail. All in all, fairly painless. They don't do inside work like drywall repair, however.

Exceptional; very smooth, predictable and he and his team did outstanding work, above and beyond the call of duty. I actually went by his office and saw his outfit, very professional. You won't go wrong, I can assure you. Mark is top-notch!

It went generally well. Both the estimator and the workers were on-time. The work seemed to be performed well. The work crew was a bit less than professional - I overheard one yelling at the other for showing up drunk to the job. Not comforting when people are crawling around on your roof. In the end though they did a decent job for a good price.

The job was completed efficiently and clean. Very friendly people and seem to know what they're doing.

It was fine. They brought a super crew out of ten men and did all the work in one day, like they said they would. They were professional and they cleaned up well. The contract was for the amount.

I phoned Excelsior Roofing. Mark Powers phoned me back the same day. He sent someone out to measure the skylight. I talked to Mark and ordered a domed skylight. He said it would arrive in 3 weeks. It was installed in 2 weeks. Looks great and the house is much warmer now.

Great. It was the rainy season, but they came out and examined it right away and they fit me in as soon as the skylight order came in. Was done in a few hours, they cleaned the stained glass underneath the new skylight bubble, and rebuilt the skylight frame, which they said was too close to the roofline on one side. They've also replaced a roof on my back porch and done some roofing for my neighbors (which is how I found them). In each case the work was great and prompt.

This company is cheap and did fast work. The job took one or two hours and happened while I was at work. The other companies I got prices quotes from asked over $1000 for this job and this company only charged $500. Three workers did this job and left everything spotless. If you have roof work that needs to be done, hire this company.

First of all, the president of the company returns the calls to the customer. He returned them the same day of my contact. The person giving the bid was very professional and thorough. They were not the cheapest, as they were towards the higher end of all the estimates. However, there service was excellent. They are definitely an A+ company. I was overly pleased with their performance. Talking to the guy that owns the business, he gave a bid that was professional, it was not the cheapest on the higher end, and the service was excellent. A+ over all; I was pleased with their performance.

Can't claim to be an expert, but it used to leak and now it doesn't. Work completed exactly on time, no hassle, and their clean-up was immaculate. Was most impressed with the fact that they could have claimed the main roof was about to go, and hoped to get that contract as well, but they seemed to be practically minded; told me the main roof probably had another 5 years, and that I should just take care of the addition now. One word about seasonal scheduling. I got an estimate and put off scheduling work due to my own work schedule. When I finally called during at the start of the rainy season, Mark apologized but said that due to both demand and the fact that the weather curtailed their ability to work, it would be weeks. He predicted the opening perfectly, and once the guys were able to make it, did the job in one day, including cleanup.

They did a really great job on the roof and at a cost that was much less than other estimates I had received. They are reliable, responsible, and pleasant people I certainly would recommend their services.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. Right from the first phone call for an estimate to the completion of the job, I was completely satisfied with Excelsior. Mark Power answered my questions with courtesy and the entire roofing team displayed the same attention to detail on the job. I can recommend Excelsior without hesitation. They were great!!

Ok. They blitzed the job, and got it done in a day.

Our experience was very positive. They sent someone out to look at the leak the very day we called. We got the estimate in the mail a couple of days later (I wish they sent estimates by e-mail!). They weren't sure when they would be able to fit us in, as they were really busy. But then they gave us a call a week and a half later to say they were ready. The guys who came were on time, very nice, and left everything very clean. I would definitely use them again.

Everyone at excelsior was outstanding. Mark came to review the job and told me I did not need a new roof (how honest) and that all I really needed was a "midlife" touch-up. After looking at some leaks, he surmised that some roofing material on the south wall would help and offered me a year long guarantee that it would work. If it doesn't, I can call him. Mark was very professional as he discussed the details of the job with me at length and then sent a contract that stated, in writing, the job we discussed. I called to clarify a few issues and he returned my call immediately. His crew was equally professional. They arrived right on time and did a great job. As most people know, roofing can be a messy business, but after these fellows left I never would have known anyone had been doing any work. I recommend them without reservation.

I've been dealing with them for so long I don't doubt their integrity when they make recommendations. When they find something that needs to be done I tell them to go ahead and do it. They just replaced a skylight and I am satisfied.

I WAS SO PLEASED THAT THEY CAME IN, FIXED THE ROOF AND THEN LEFT IT AS CLEAN AS THEY FOUND IT, ALL IN LESS THAN 2 HOURS! I HAD AN EMERGENCY WHEN THE DORMER ROOF NEEDED REPLACED AND THEY WERE THERE IN NO TIME.
