They helped us through a very difficult situation. I appreciated how sympathetic they were. They gave me a special price because we had to go in for numerous treatments.

They have a new office staff and new doctors since the last time we took our cat in, so we weren't sure how things would go. But actually they turned out very well. Dr. Carter was great, communicative and matter of fact about the cat's health and what was needed to treat her. And the prices were still reasonable enough. Still a great place to get cat only care.

For the treatment in March our kitty was treated by Dr. Grace Carter. She was gentle and thorough with our and quot;babyand quot;. She was also sensitive toward our feelings about the tests they had to perform.
We have also found the front desk staff knowledgeable and friendly. We like the way Stan relates to our kitty. He remembers us and calls our kitty by her name.
We chose and quot;Especially Catsand quot; because it specializes in cats (no dogs around to cause stress). The parking is usually available, making the whole trip quick.

They are under new management. It seemed as though none of the old staff are working there anymore. I want my doctor to know who I am and who my cat is. It was a good visit, but we will just have to get to know them.

Dr. Buttar is awesome!! He goes above and beyond to make sure my cats were in perfect health. I had mentioned that 2 weeks prior, one of my cats had came into contact with a bee, swatted at it (and lost). Had Especially Cats been open, I would have taken him there; but it was a Sunday night around 9PM. I rushed him to the emergency room to get his foam finger sized paw back to normal. So, even though at the appointment, my cats paws were back to normal, Dr. Buttar still took the time to feel around, look and compare to make sure that his paws were in fact back to normal. He also took the time to answer all my questions and gave advice and ideas on how to control one of our cats from eating too fast.
My cats have had a bad bad year....One flea allergy visit, two bee sting scare (one real, one was just a scare), one wound VERY close to the eye (battle scar due to sibling rivalry) and their annual check ups. As much as I hate taking them to the vet, i'm glad Especially Cats is a place I can trust my cats with.

I just started using them. They seem to be very good. They spent time with me. They seem to be concerned and very thorough. They just do cats. I've only used them one time but they did call me back right away with the test results. The price was probably average. It seemed in-line with everyone else. They were there when I went in for my appointment. They were professional.

The staff is very friendly and took care of us promptly. The vet was also very friendly and thorough. The only tricky thing was that the Muni runs right in front of the office so my cat was a little disturbed by the loud sound when going from the car to the office. Knowing that, I was better at timing the walk after the appointment.

Dr. Benefatto is the best. I've been bringing both our cats to Especially Cats for past 8 years. She really takes the time to listen and she reviews your chart before coming into the exam so she already knows details from your last visits (or she has an incredible memory). She's very professional and seems to really love what she does. She is incredible w/ handling cats...she's the cat whisperer. She handscaled my 14 yrs cat's teeth without him putting up a fight. He just sat there. He had never had his teeth cleaned before then. The staff are also very good...friendly and efficient.

They doctor and the staff was wonderful.

We have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Benfatto and other staff. Extremely good with our super nervous cat, available on an emergency basis, incredibly gracious and caring when we had to put her to sleep. Dr. Benfatto sent us the nicest sympathy letter. We waited about a year and then adopted kittens and they've been just great with the new cats as well. It is a small operation in an older space, but couldn't be more caring. Great atmosphere for cats that are not as outgoing.

The vet explains everything to you. She is willing to listen to your concerns about costs and she is very knowledgeable. The vet and her staff are very friendly and good with cats. They do have Saturday appointments from 9:00 to 2:00 available if you need it.

They are very compassionate. They take great care of all our pets as we have another cat and two dogs. We've been going there for years and would recommend them to everyone. We have a lot of faith in the people there.

I am very pleased with them all the way around. They were on Angie's List, but I actually heard about them through my pastor's wife, who had very nice things to say about them. I try to do things from personal recommendations first. They do have a lot of better people skills too. They are very reasonable. I do not feel comfortable saying a price because things vary from time to time when you go in. I am however pleased with their work and have no complaints about pricing.

It's a mom and pop place. They're excellent. They're a little more high-end. I can't say enough about their service though.

WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE FOR YOUR CAT. SINCE THEY ONLY TAKE CATS, IT IS A SAFE, COMFORTABLE ENVIRONMENT FOR THEM. THE STAFF IS CARING AND GENTLE WITH THE ANIMALS AND PROVIDE INDIVIDUALIZED SERVICE, REMEMBERING THE ANIMALS AND OWNERS.

THE COMPANY HAS A GREAT TEAM OF ANIMAL CARE WORKERS. THEY TAKE GOOD CARE OF THE ANIMALS. THEY HAVE THE BEST VETERINARIANS, THEY WILL GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP YOUR PET.

THEY WERE VERY KIND AND CARING TO MY PET. THEY ARE VERY PATIENT WITH ALL THE ANIMALS. THE CLINIC IS CLEAN AND VERY ORGANIZED AND THE PEOPLE ARE NICE. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICES.

REASON FOR GOING TO THIS VET IS THAT YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ANY DOGS TRYING TO ATTACK YOUR CAT, BECAUSE THEY SPECIALIZE IN CATS ONLY. I HAVE AN OLDER CAT AND THEY TREAT HER LIKE A QUEEN.

I REALLY THINK THE VETERINARIAN IS GREAT WITH MY CAT. I HAVE BEEN VERY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICES and DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURES THAT HAVE BEEN DONE. THEY ARE LOVING TO THE ANIMALS.

ESPECIALLY CATS IS A WARM AND FRIENDLY PLACE TO TAKE CATS FOR THEIR HEALTHCARE. THE VETS ALL GIVE THOUGHTFUL, LOVING CARE TO OUR CATS AND EDUCATE US REGARDING UP TO DATE ISSUES IN CAT HEALTH CARE.
