Petr and his team are amazing! We talked to several general contractors and went with Astoria Construction because of their experience, excellent work (we visited past projects in our neighborhood), and Petr’s wonderful customer service. At the start of the project, Petr assessed the situation and provided multiple options and price points for repairing or replacing our leaky siding and restoring our water damaged rooms. Once the project kicked off, the Astoria team showed up daily and worked quickly to minimize disruption. As we discovered challenges (literally under the siding), Petr was great in communicating what they found and our options. Petr was so good is letting us know when weather would impact progress and how he was prioritizing us and his other clients. We never had to chase him down and he was always responsive to our calls and texts. The final product was better than we could have hoped and in a price range we could afford. We’re so grateful for Astoria Constructions craft and care in making our home whole again. Without a doubt, I’d hire Astoria Construction again.
