The company was very easy to work with. The inspector gave me updates on when he would arrive. The inspector was very polite and knowledgeable about mold. I will recommend the company to my friends and family. This was an excellent first-time use of Home Advisor.

Carl is an incredibly honest and wonderful person to work with. He is insanely knowledgeable about mold testing but also everything construction related. I learned so much from him. It's hard to find contractors that you can trust to have your best interest at heart. Carl won't charge you for a test if you don't need it. That shows his real character. I would never hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing assistance!
