He was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and followed up with test results right away. Excellent work that can be trusted. I was 9 months pregnant and my landlord was trying to hire a non-licensed contractor to do some asbestos removal so I needed to make sure that everything was totally clear of contaminants when his work was done. Thankfully the test results came back clear.

Carl was professional. He is the owner of this company and takes his job seriously. He explained everything that he was doing. He had me take pictures of certain things, in case I decide to take my landlords to court for this mold taking over my bathrooms.

What a great human being and absolutely impeccable service he was so informative that taught us so much he is a first-class inspector when he decided to come to my house after hours no problem that was the exact service I was looking for and I actually owe all this to Home Advisor HomeAdvisor did a great job for me he was really good at what he does and his price was really fair I don't know why anyone would call anyone else and I'd be willing to put my reputation on that and I would give him a good reference if you could give him my phone number for someone that needs a good reference again thank you all getting my problem squared away

The technician took the time to explain each step and made sure that I understood the process. He was very upfront that he was there to only test for mold and determine the safety of the household. The results were received in a timely manner from the lab and afforded me the ability to determine the next steps without a lot of pressure.

A1 Certified was professional and courteous for starters. They were on time, and shared valuable information about mold/mold abatement. Testing results were needed prior to the time frame and the gentleman that did our testing, called the lab and rushed the results.

He arrived on time; with all his equipment in good working order. His testing for mold was through and the lab responded quickly. I would have appreciated a bit more explanation of the report I received but the money was well spent.
