Upon arriving for the job, they took the time to fully understand our needs and reasons for this type of service. They worked efficiently and were detailed. Constantly remained professional. Prior to departing, they took the time to ensure all furniture was put back in its original position and vacuumed all areas pertaining to the job. They use the most up to date equipment (no rotor brushes that may cause damage to ducts!) Very reasonable price.

Carl Gibbons was very thorough and very knowledgeable. He was prompt, returned my calls quickly. He tested some mold on my popcorn acoustic ceiling. The reports were received within 3 days. Carl reviewed the reports with me on the phone. I would recommend him to anyone needing mold testing. In addition, Carl walked around my house with me, inside and out, and gave me very useful information and advice for helping to eliminate and mold and water problems in the future. His advice and suggestions were very much appreciated. I can tell he really takes his work seriously and is very sincere about helping you.
