Very courteous service. Had to repeat two tests but not sure of the cause.

Carl was a excellent. He was quick to go along with our time frame. I am certain that the spores that were removed were toxic. I am still very sick with my lungs. Maybe the there could be a test of the mold that still igsists there under the partical board ?

Carl called right away.and He was on time to the appointment. He explained every thing and was very thorough. The report can on time and he said to call him if I didn't understand the report. Carl did go over the report with me. All in all, Carl did an excellent job and I would definitely refer him to friends and family.

Carl was very responsive and worked LATE! He had a job in southern California the next day and my job was in northern California. He went to the house with my agent the night before his big job & was there from 8:30-10pm!!! What dedicated service! The reason being is that we needed the results back ASAP since we were buying the house & closing in a couple of days. We received the results back within two days & were able to move forward. I have also hired Carl to clean my vents & will rate that project later. According to my agent, he was very professional and knowledgable & she recommended that he clean our vents too as I didn't know he did!

Knowledgeable and explained what hazzards for my wife and I look for in the future considering our roof leaks during the raining season. Would recomend his services to most people that would be intrested in his services.
