Carl was great! He quickly located where the fowl smell was coming from and no tests were needed (we had a broken sewer pipe located below our house which was causing the smell). I highly recommend him!

Great experience! Carl was as professional as they come. I shopped around on the internet for hours and his prices were the best I found. Carl took the time to answer all my questions and concerns in a courteous and professional manner. I had an air quality testing firm that was supposed to do clearance testing but turned out to be a no-show. I contacted Service Magic and I called A 1 Certified Environmental because they were first on the list. I explained that I didn't want to hold up reconstruction any longer than necessary, and Carl found time in his schedule to appear at the home that afternoon and do the testing immediately. Further, he promised lab results by the following Thursday but I received them on Wednesday, and his price was much lower than I expected. He also dealt with my elderly, confused client in a very professional, friendly manner.
