Carl was prompt, professional, and a wealth of knowledge. The musty smell in our kitchen was tested inside and out. Carl also examined different areas to try & target our problem. We feel Carl went above and beyond in explaining the situation and suggesting solutions. Since my husband and I are older seniors, we truly appreciate Carl's honesty and knowledge. Carl is highly recommended by us.

Just talked about himself the whole time he was here. Charged $275.00 for an indoor and outdoor mold spore test. The outside test was taken in front of our door, far from where the main problem was, in back yard. Tests were e-mailed after having to call because of mix up with Fed-Ex. Tests were not explained. I have an indoor and outdoor air mold test that I had to print out and don't understand. When I called him to ask why the only outdoor air test that was taken was taken in the front of my house, he replied "That's how we do it."

They made the extra effort to find this home in the country with no street address and no gps signal.

Carl performed a very thorough inspection of my home for sources that might contribute to indoor air quality issues, and used a variety of equipment in front of me to display that numerous harmful compounds were not present, while explaining how the equipment worked and why it was displaying different readings in different areas. He also had a plethora of useful advice on addressing odor issues in the room that was the main concern, and in general was very friendly and easy to work with. I'd use him again in a heartbeat.
