Excellent, very thorough professional service, was very pleased with the service technician he was on time, the process was explained well, I learned so much, there was a wealth of information regarding all things related to the problem I was having with the mold, how to tell if there were water leaks, or moisture and what can be done to lessen your exposure to it,. I received the report within 2 days, received an additional report from the company with an explanation. I very thankful for the service I received.
