I Called to get an in person quote for a tankless water heater flush and left this job with a whole house filter and a fridge connection. When Michael first arrived we inspected the tankless unit and tested the water to conclude flushing was not my best option. He then walked me through my options for home filters and we decided on a Halo system. Michael was very well educated on the subject and gave me the best value filter for my needs. He installed the unit the next day in less than a few hours and left me with a flawless work of art. I couldn't be more impressed with the professionalism he brings to this trade! I also requested to hook up a fridge and he did that in what seemed like 30 minutes. He will be the only plumber I call from now on!! Thank you Michael!!!

RIDICULOUS! $4,200 to move one toilet, slice two floor tiles, remove part (1-2 feet) of toilet drain pipe, attach new toilet drain piping, new flange & seals. If you want to pay exorbitant costs of YOUR hard-earned money & get fleeced, call Alpine. I'm still waiting for an itemized receipt of tasks, labor and materials. Obviously, I will NOT work with them again & do NOT recommend them. Nope. They will take advantage of you when you have a water emergency. Tried to upsell us $25,000 for a whole house re-pipe and suggested we borrow money from them to pay for it. SLIMY & TRYING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE. INSANE prices! Do yourself a favor and call your Dad's or good friend's tried & true plumber if you can. 0/5 stars. NEVER AGAIN! Do not work with them! They are all in on it, try to be real nice & friendly, but they are evil, Eric & Rudy.

Alpine plumbing replaced my main water line for a great price and in a very timely manner. They are very professional and would %100 recommend if you need any plumbing repairs done.

Job took longer than promised and the communication between there workers was lacking and the work done on our house was very sloppy. Their workers caused damage to our antique bookcase and the job was set back because of Jeffrey's lack of communication & professionalism. This company wanted to try to convince us not to get a permit before the work began Vinent Acosta owner of this company is in co-hoots with his employee Jeffrey R to give false estimates & reports of work that does not need to be done. Jeffrey head bidder said and wrote an estimate for $3,150 that I needed to repair a hole in cast iron pipe under my house. Later this was determined to be a false estimate and an attempt to rip us off. We had to call them down numerous times to correct the work they did not do correctly. We would never recommend these people to do any plumbing work. They give a quote than later try to up the price which is very dishonest. They did not respect the integrity of the design of our house running exposed plumbing lines through rooms instead of the exterior stucco & wood. When they did set a time to do some work and correction work they did not show up or call us to reschedule. The workers they sent out to our house to do the work arrived with unmarked cars and plain clothes appeared to be subcontracted and wanted to try to begin the work without showing me a permit that I had asked for a week prior. Initially they tried to convince us not to get a permit to do the job. After paying them $15,000 we are left to hire another plumbing company to finish work they promised to do but failed & refused to do. There technician Jefferey demanded full payment before the job was fully inspected. I would rate Alpine Plumbing & Rooter less than a one star. Beware of lack of honesty and false promises. We regret ever hiring them we were given a 3 day promise that the plumbing job would be complete when it took them almost a month.

I am very pleased with the quality of work Matthew, Shawn and their staff did with the Main Sewer check valve replacement and the Main Shutoff Valve replacement. The Main Shutoff valve replacement and the Hydro Jet cleaning of the Main Sewer line was not part of the initial job to be done. Matthew authorized the added job without additional charge to the original quote I was given. Matthew and Shawn has great knowledge and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. They gave me a fair price, they were very professional, thorough and polite, from beginning to end. Clear explanation of needed repairs, sound advice without any inkling of price gouging or questionable add-on expenses whatsoever. Respectable and conscientious, could not be happier. Even very neat and clean. The people that worked with Matthew and Shawn were also very professional and very thorough. I will recommend them to my friends who need a plumber and call them again when the time comes I need a plumber. I will rate the work they did with A+ and Excellent!!!
