Was extremely difficult to get results of tests from Javier. Was told 3 times I would be sent email with results only after the 4th request explaining my frustration did I finally get my results by email, 1 week after the first date I was told I would have results. Because of the dliffuculty getting my results I have a hard time believing the lab used is competent. Guess that $450.00 was waisted and I will have to get another company to verify the results. Business is simple, just do what you say you are going to do.

Ashley was very friendly and efficient when it came to answering any of my questions and scheduling the appointment. Adrian was the agent that came out to perform the asbestos testing and was friendly, professional and answered our questions and provided clear information. So glad we were referred to this company. Will definitely use again and refer to others! Customer service was prompt, informative and stayed in touch with us. Would rate a 10 if it was available to do so.

This was an outstanding experience from the first phone call when their estimate was half the price quoted by a competitor. They were able to take the sample the same day I called and gave me the completed analysis the next day. The best customer service ever.
